I'm so pleased with their service, and after meeting Ted, I felt very confident about his honesty and skills.This is a big deal for me, because as a single woman, I worry that someone can just inflate costs by exaggerating the work that's needed.
Ted was patient and very thorough about answering a variety of questions I had. Their rates are also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend their services, and will absolutely call on them again if future work is required.

Out of desperation (even though I live in VA), I wrote to him and asked him for advice and recommendations. Ted has done work for me quite often over the last 15 years and his work has always been exemplary with great attention to detail. In addition he is reasonably priced and exceptionally honest. He doesn't… try to sell me things I don't need which I greatly appreciate. And he explains things to me in terminology that I understand. I refer people to him as often as I can as I can't say enough good about his service.

An example of customer service from Clean Water Man's office after us giving them regular business for 9 years. Now I know that the system he sold us is unreliable and he does not want to deal with it, so they are trying to get rid of us.

Highly recommend Ted for all your water needs. All of my extended family also use him for their homes. We have used him to fix a radon water system that has given us problems since we installed it from another company and a RO system as well as issues with our well tank. Much better alternative to the larger shady water companies...honest, reliable, professional service and the job gets done right!

Ted does excellent, very high quality work. He is very reliable and very very honest. He will not sell you something you dont need. I love having chlorine free soft water. He also installed an Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system that give me very pure delicious water to drink. He ran extra hookups for me so I have wonderful tasting ice as well. The systems he installed are very reliable. Eight years later and they work wonderfully. I highly recommend him!
