We have rented bikes from Cyclopedia for over 6 years. We wouldn't think of renting anywhere else. They deliver nice quality bikes right to your door, and pick them up when you're done. The service has always been great, and they provide everything you need; helmets, bike lock, etc.

They were very responsive to my needs. It was a great rental with lock and helmut included, and even a bell on the bike. The bike was the right size and worked well. I already had a bike rack on my car so transporting it was no problem. But if you're renting for just the day, the Murrells Inlet bike way is just across the street, The weekly price was great.

We rented six bikes including one with a baby trailer and two with baby seats. The bikes were at our rental place before we arrived. They were clean, adjusted for our height and very well maintained. The person who took my order over the phone was very helpful and polite. We will definitely use them again.

We have rented bikes from Cyclopedia for several years now. The experience is always very individualized as far as correct sizing for height. The bicycles are always well tuned and in great condition. The best part is they are delivered and picked up so there are no worries. I highly recommend this business.

His demeanor, responsiveness & obvious bike experience reassured me that bikes not showing up wouldn't be something I had to worry about on vacation. He even suggested they pick up the bikes after our departure so we could use them our last day. Excellent customer service.

We rented bikes from Cyclopedia on our trip to Pawleys Island. They were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. We reserved over the phone and they were very helpful. They delivered the bikes at the appointed time to our house and provided everything we would need (locks, helmets and maps). The bikes were in great shape and they came and picked them up at the end of our stay. It’s hard to find good old fashioned friendly, honest service these days- we are so glad we went with Cyclopedia!

I have been renting bikes from Cyclopedia (love the name) for a couple of years now and they have AMAZING service with attention to detail down to having the seats adjusted "just so" for each person! Prompt service, you can always get someone on the phone—plus the 3-speed cruiser bikes we rent are top notch! Five Stars!

Phenomenal customer service and bikes. Decided to rent bikes on a Sunday, made a 5 minute call and two beautiful bikes (which are better than the bikes I own in Denver) were delivered to my condo in an hour. They give you helmets and a lock. This is a business model all should follow. Well done cyclopedia.

We have used Cyclopedia for two years now and have not had any issues! The bikes are in great condition and they were reliable with the drop off and pick up times. We were searching for alternative activities to do with the kids with the pandemic and bike rides were a great activity all week! I think this will be a staple for years to come and Cyclopedia makes it very easy!
