I’ve been using Beach Bike Shop for 3 years since we moved to Myrtle Beach from Pittsburgh. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest. I know my bike’s repairs will be completed quickly and correctly. They make great suggestions. I trust everyone working at this shop. I highly recommend Beach Bike Shop!!🚴♀️

Very nice interaction with the workers here!! Came in with no idea what i wanted, and they helped me with the upmost kindness. :) its super great and the place just gives off that welcome feel! recommend getting all your bike needs from this place!!! I had a truly remarkable conversation with a manager. I went in looking for a particular kind of garage bike rack. They didn’t have it. This shop doesn’t list any products in its website..... I told the manager how helpful it would be to be able to look online and they should post their products. Says the manager, “That would take 7 steps.” “Okay”, I said. “That would take a lot of time”, the manager added. I then asked, “So your time is more valuable than mine? That might cost you customers.” His response.... “We’re doing just fine.” I’ve spent almost $1,000 at this

Excellent service shop. Bought my Specialized bike there. They've worked well with me as I've grown near the end of its challenge range, offering good suggestions for tuning and extending it.
They gone the extra mile for me in servicing my Trikke. Not a bike but the third wheel didn't phase them. They figured out how they could help me - like the brakes repair and most recently an issue with a key part of the cambering structure. *That* was a challenge they tackled quite well.
5 star service? Damn skippy!

We bought our two mountain bikes here several years ago. Like most people, we were gung ho on using them and rode a lot when we got them home. Then work, chores etc got in the way and our sad bikes collected dust.
But we both decided to get back into a more healthy lifestyle and dusted them off.
When we first bought them, Beach Bicycles prices were comparable to other local shops. We purchased here because we found the staff to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't trying to push their higher end bikes on us and provided us with a happy median in price and ride needs

Stopped in after shopping a few different bike shops in town. talked to Mike. I explained what I was looking for. Mike had all the answers. decided to go with a 3G bike. but wanted a color they did not have. Mike got it in for us. took it home had a small issue with the bike and took it back in for them to look at it. they did everything they could to help. it looks like it's issue free now. thanks for everything.

Simply the best bicycle service department in South Carolina! Had a rear wheel issue on my Bintelli Fusion ebike that was making some very odd grinding noises while riding. Their service technician Eric was able to Isolate the issue and fix it at a very reasonable price. I'm very thankful to have such a great resource while were on the road. Highly recommend this bike shop to anyone!

My friends and I rented bikes from the store. We were a bit leery after reading the review online. We found the store and the people in the store to be quite helpful. The store was neat and clean and the bikes they gave us were really nice beach cruisers. They gave us two locks for the bikes. They also gave us a map and suggestions. We were only charged $11 for the whole day. I thought that was a really great deal. The bikes were all in very nice shape. We all had fun. I highly recommend this store.

Lousy bikes that barely ride and are questionably safe . The bike i rented needed to be serviced . Honestly i could have garbage picked this bunch of bikes ,the selection was poor . Limited hours of business, staff that's just not that accomadating. I was disappointed and could not go the distance I had planned.. Next trip to Myrtle Beach I'm going to get a bike from another store, save your self $$$.
