I lived here for 3 years now,and I'm not renewing my lease, tenants get drunk in the pool beer cans all over the pool after that same tenants keep drinking by the barbeque area until late at night,when you complain at the office they said they will do something and they never do anything about, I'm tired of it and moving out asap, horrible place to live.

I've lived at Birchwood for nearly three years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The grounds are lovely, the entire office staff (Lourdes, Freddie, Leslie, Dawn, etc) are incredible, and maintenance is quick to respond to and fix anything needed. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and help in any way possible. I love my apartment. It's a one-bedroom, spacious, and nicely updated. My only wish is that the a/c were central air rather than one unit in the living room, it's not that bad. Other people complain about neighbors and people being discourteous in laundry room etiquette, but let's be honest you

Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at Birchwood Village Apartment for a little bit over one year. We have since moved out from it. We left the middle of March 2020. We really enjoyed living here. The location was central to a few stations that I work out of. There are plenty of shops, banks, a mall, and grocery stores nearby. That was very convenient. It was only a few minutes to accessing 57 freeway. Pretty good place to live if you have small kids. We liked to use the main pool near the office and as well as the one near the tennis court. Horrible apartment to live in... infested with insects and management does nothing when u call! Never got my deposit back. People in office are uneducated and are only nice when u are paying monthly, at the end they were punks to me!!!! I won’t ever refer this place, if you are reading this, U NEED WORK to improve!!!! Manager really don’t care about her residents either. Don’t live here. Save ur money

I live for 4 years I was robbed a couple times in the garage and the parking lot no secure cameras nothing. The jacuzzi and laundry always broken tennis lights too. I have to pay the termination fee because I bought a house and then they charge me with $1,100 for a carpet replace argument they can not clean the carpet because shows heavy traffic marcs I forgot to mention it was me and my wife those guys are a thieves.

Have lived here almost a year and I will not be renewing my lease, the managers here are morons whose soul purpose here is to just keep getting new tenants... had multiple bug infestations manager did nothing, neighbor got robbed and managers did nothing, previous neighbor above had a preteen daughter who used to listen to music really loud til 2am all the damn time and managers would do nothing... on top of that a good number of apartments are right next to the freeway, so you have the loud freeway traffic that literally shakes the walls at times... and you’d think to counter this the owners

I used live here more than 3 years. I left because they increase rent like insanely from 995 to 1700 for STUDIO can u believe this?
OK that's why i left then i got the collection letter one month later that said i owed $73 even i paid last 10 days for $700. They never ever call me or send me the letters.
I totally not understand these guys not just bad they are ridiculous.

The staff here have the IQ of a brick wall with a personality to match. No one communicates to one another, leaving nothing to get done. Over my year stay here I had repeatedly asked them to clean off my patio. They neighbor above us had a dog that would urinate on the slatted patio and the urine would then fall onto my patio, on and in front of my AC unit. This is not only disgusting, but a health hazard. It was never corrected and was brought to their attention more than twice. Our dishwasher wasn't bolted in. We brought this to their attention twice and they put in a "work order
