We care about our clients, and it shows. I chose Personal Training Only because my massage therapist recommended her trainer. I now train with Lonnie Young who is very educated, knowledgeable and helpful in all areas including working my physical therapy exercises into my training routine. David & I started working together in 2014 & he taught me basic exercise techniques that evolved in to bodybuilding & conditioning.

Our training staff has been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals for nearly 20 years. We seek to bring doable fitness changes to the community and watch people begin their path to a healthier life! We began in 2018 with the goal of building a training facility that would provide clients with value.
As a competitor, David James has competed 9 times in various categories and bodybuilding organizations. As a coach, David has placed over 200 competitors confidently on stage in almost every category. From Bikini to Bodybuilding, David is extremely knowledgeable in ALL aspects of competing. From posing to nutrition and everything in between, David will have you looking your absolute best!

The gym closed with only 4 days notice. David James, the owner took off for Texas. My trainer and others are now scrambling to find another location. David has no consideration for what he's done.

This gym is amazing!!! It has a welcoming/ home feeling. I've been working out with Erin for 3 months now and she has helped me lose 20 pounds and regain my confidence in myself. She pushes me everyday to be a better me and holds me accountable for my progress. Without her or this gym I wouldn't have been able to do it.

Very disappointed.

Continued to charge me during the pandemic. Even though I cancelled in writing beforehand.

David pretended to be "processing" my refund through a "refund department" on April 13. On April 30 he says "we are still working on it".

That refund never came.Stealing from your clients during a pandemic is not a good luck.

I let that one slide. But then it happened again in July. And again now a year later, They continue to randomly charge me even though I have no business relationship with them. I am tired of having to call the bank to have them

I was feeling really lost in the gym and wanted someone to hold me accountable. When I came across Erin, WOAH! She kicked my butt into gear and provided a community where I felt supportive and challenged. Erin continuously ups my game mentally and physically. She can tell when I'm slacking but also recognizes that rest is essential. Everything is so organized and it feels amazing to have access to equipment I know is being cleaned. Erin just is AWESOME!

I'd been looking for a personal trainer for some time, and with Covid this became a more challenging task than I had anticipated.
As an ex athlete with 3 knee surgeries and genuinely being out of "the game" for years, I've been extremely hesitant and TERRIFIED to get back into a gym. The fear of hurting myself or failing was a lingering pest I could not shake until I met Erin! Erin Oldham was referred to me by my DIL who had previously used her services and was very happy with her results. I've struggled the last 10 years yo-yo-ing and hit an all time high of 210. Yes I'm putting it out there. To date I've lost 20 lbs and love that she modifies my workouts to accommodate my knee problem and is constantly motivating me. My daughter has been training with Erin for over a year and we could not be happier. We are very thankful for her and her knowledge about health and training. Dave is an amazing trainer. My husband and I both went to Dave about 4 years ago and he taught us how to properly fuel our body and workout and live a healthy lifestyle. He changed our lives! My husband is still living a healthy lifestyle. I, unfortunately suffered some pretty significant back injuries at work and was forced to retire from my job. I could not work out with my injury and as a result I gained weight and I was not motivated to live a healthy lifestyle. I decided to go back to Dave and he is now helping me work around my back limitations! He is very knowledgeable in the fitness world

I have been impressed with David's skill as a trainer from day 1. He has taught me how to be more aware of the muscles I am working on by isolating them. As I workout, David studies my form so I do not use muscles that are not intended to be used for each workout. Having good knowledge of what and what not to eat is what we are working on now. David is very conscientious of each person's ability for each exercise. David also offers encouragement to push through and not give up on yourself.

Absolutely loving my training with David Martin. He's really in tune with my goals while being cognizant of my past injuries. I've been training with him for about a month and I'm seeing results already. I've been "into fitness" most of my life and I can honestly say it's completely different to have this kind of focused guidance. The results are faster -we are activating muscle groups I was missing on my own. If you want to change your diet and body, this is the place to go to! My Personal Trainer David is extremely knowledgeable, helps you with proper forms in weight lifting, motivates you and will help you succeed your goals.

I've been coming here since January and I've already lost 6% body fat. As far as the diet plans go, he will assess your body, then measure you and he will calculate your macros and give you a list of food items to eat and how much to eat.

Every week will be different in terms of training. He will work on different muscle groups every session and make sure your brain

So I've been training with David for several months now. I initially began researching trainers in the area when I was 5 months pregnant and came across his page. I put it in my bookmarks to revisit after I had my baby.

I've never been a heavy set girl but I can easily pack on the pounds (given my love for anything fried and saucy)so I knew I was going to need major help. Coach David is the best... After a herniated disc injury I met David and he helped me back through my recovery strengthening my back and core while losing weight, building muscle and feeling great. If you Want to change your life and body and the way you think about diets food & nutrition then this is for you I was at the end of my rope And I have tried every fad diet out there and nothing was working or would lose some weight then gain it right back so frustrating !!!

I gained over 50 lbs from my first pregnancy and was looking to get my body back. I looked to David for training because it was incredibly challenging to do it on my own with being so inactive for the previous 3 months. He provided a meal plan customized to me, trained me to accommodate my c-section then challenged me as I became stronger, and made changes throughout my journey in order to reach my goals. My body was better than it was prior to my pregnancy!! I say "was" because I am pregnant again and I'm excited to sign up after I am cleared!! It is not a "quick fix"
