Movement Integrity can be thought of as the place where rehab meets performance. We prepare those who were previously injured and support those who have yet to be injured. Medicine and athletics has taught us that there are two statuses: injured or active. You are either injured and sidelined while you heal or you are active and performing your activity of choice.
The problem with this is that there is a whole gray area in between that isn't addressed. THAT is where Movement Integrity lies. We link rehab with performance from both ends of the spectrum. We continue to work with those who were injured to correct ALL of the problems that contributed to their injury and to make sure that there are NO compensations as a result of it.

Services
All clients begin with an initial consultation. During this session an movement analysis will be completed after a thorough history is taken. A unique action plan can then be created to address any movement dysfunctions. The consultation fee will be credited towards the first month of Corrective Exercise Programming.
In 2019, Maddie joined the Foot Nerd Program through The Foot Collective. The Foot Nerd Program is a collective of like-minded professionals who aim to avoid the poor protocol-habits created by the healthcare industry that tends to treat symptoms rather than causes. The goal is to create awareness around how poor footwear choices impact our movement and health.

Maddie helped me today with some issues I am having with my body and its performance. She was great. She asked all kinds of questions, had me move all kinds of funny ways, and poked a little too. Then she said she can fix me! The treatment makes complete sense and I am looking forward to getting back to normal. She is very affordable also.
