Water restoration is a science. Leaving soaking wet carpet in a property with fans and dehumidifiers for over a week without removing the water from the carpet first thing,... that is elementary knowledge.

Mr. John Conti, Account Manager,
We had moved to Edmond 10 days earlier from Midland, TX and were getting unpacked and settled. A new neighbor called my cell about 5:30 pm, June 30, 2018 asking if we were home. She said my home was on fire and there were several fire trucks in front of the house. It was a LONG 10 minutes drive to get back to our home. We had to park a block away due to emergency vehicles. In the pouring rain, we were told lightening had struck our home and there was still smoke pouring from a gable vent, 10 or more fire vehicles, and 15 or more firemen on site from

TriLink services arrived at my house in very short order in the time from my first call to the insurance company and when their technician arrived at my door. Seneca was more than experienced, courteous and professional in his work. Hopefully my floor is dried out soon so that we can move forward with our repairs!
