Chris & his team have been incredible!!! They made sure everything was dry, made contact with the contractors to do the other work. Dealt with the insurance. They truly saved me alot of headache & stress while we were out of our home for 2 1/2 weeks. I highly recommend them & feel like we've made new friends!!! These are the best people I’ve ever had to deal with!!! This has been the hardest time for us having our hot water tank burst while we were out of town. Servepro made a very difficult experience go as smooth as possible. The project manager Jacob, was always accessible and knowledgeable. The chief crew Ross was such a hard worker and made sure I was satisfied with everything that they did. What I liked the most was that they really cared about all of my concerns, from the owner to every last worker! I would highly recommend this company if you ever need restoration work…

We don't know what we would have done , had SERVPRO of West Oklahoma City not helped us out! Our entire first floor of our house was flooded and our basement was filled with 6" of water. Didn't realize the ice maker line could cause so much water !Even at 11pm, they answered the phone, and showed up within an hour! They pulled up and got right to work. We are so thankful for Chris and Trenton ! We will definitely use them again, even though we pray we don't have to. Definitely recommend
