Bob answered my call and was at my house that afternoon. Placed a fan and dehumidifier and removed the soaked carpet pad. His business practices focus on the client and their needs. We will definitely use Express Restoration again! (But hopefully won't need to!)

After many problems with insurance, I made the call to Express to get a mitigation company in to prevent more damage to our damaged kitchen. Bob showed up to assess the damage and immediately squeezed us in to make sure we were taken care of. Even with constant problems with insurance, Bob was patient and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience all around with him and his company. I wish I could say the same for the insurance company.

Bob answered my call on the second ring and was out to my house within the hour! He was our second quote on a water damage job and he potentially saved us thousands of dollars! We are currently using Express Restoration for water damage to our home. The Owner/Bob came out in less than an hour to assess our situation, he was extremely patient with us. He took a lot of time to address our concerns and be honest with us about what we were facing, and how he could help. When he returned with his crew, we were impressed that the first thing he did was to stop and introduce us to the men that would be working in our home, and told us their names. This was our first experience with a restoration company, as a burst pipe in our closet forced us to use this service in an attempt to salvage our brand new carpet. I found the water last Tuesday night, and although a lot of these restoration companies advertise 24/7 service, many of them don't pick up the phone outside of normal business hours.

We had a flood in our house due to a failed valve in our washer. I had no idea who to call and found Express online. Called Bob and he had a crew at my house in about 30 minutes. He talked to my wife and walked her through the conversation with the insurance company. They set up all the extraction equipment and came by every day to monitor the humidity levels and see if they were going to be able to save the wood floors. They took the equipment away after 3 days and now he's going to help us with the repairs and also deal with the insurance company. I'll update after all of the repairs
