Good Sounds Home Theatre

Good Sounds installed our control 4 system with our existing wired speakers. The staff was friendly and they did an excellent job. Everything works correctly! They also did not attempt to over sell us. They sold us the system that met our needs. Would highly recommend.

Unprofessional company, the employees don’t do their job correctly. Spent hundreds of dollars so someone else could fix their job and poor work. Do your research and go with someone else.

After interviewing 5 different home theater companies I hired Good Sounds. Dean is the owner, and he is very hands on, and involved. He cares about the business and wants to make sure you are happy. He has a great staff that is honest, reliable, and hard working. When I had some problems, Dean himself came back within a day to address anything and everything. He stayed until all the problems were fixed. The problems were related to my existing system, and not to the new work that Home Sounds did, but Dean was there to be sure everything was right. Had Good Sounds come out to install/mount two big screens at my place of business. They did such a great job perfectly hanging the Tvs in the right place. May sound like small detail but it made all the difference since it was in a very large open work space. The techs were professional and clean up every little thing (even swept) after they were done.
Since this was at the office I was most impressed with how they didn't disturb our work flow in the process. They came highly recommended and now I know why.

I have used Good Sounds for two different houses. They were the highest bidder on the projects but they told me what they could do where everyone else told me what they couldn't do. I have been very satisfied with the products they supplied and the tech support has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you want quality, then you must pay for it. I am a believer in you get what you pay for. I would continue to use them if I were going to make another move. However, that is not my game plan but will utilize them as I do various upgrades to my Control 4 System.
