Outstanding! They were great. I set an appointment online and they called to confirm. They asked prior to arriving what problems I needed addressed and I told them. They arrived on time and had all the write tools, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They technician was pleasant and really knew audio video. I went through 4 other companies before I found Home Theatre MD. The other companies charges me a lot of money and could not figure out or fix the problem. Outstanding! Many companies don't show up anymore. Home Theatre MD shows up and does and outstanding job. They know their stuff. They diagnosed my system, got my subwoofer and speakers running and did it with a smile. I had almost given up on finding a quality audio video technician, I called 4 other companies that failed, then I found Home Theatre MD. Thanks for doing an excellent job.
