Had issues with my alarm system on my commercial vehicle. I went back to original installer and didn't feel comfortable with them. I felt like I was getting screwed..... walked into Audio advisors and they immediately tried to assist me ended up replacing a couple of inexpensive parts and got me working within an hr. I will absolutely be using them again for my business.

Five stars is not enough to give this business. I have always valued perfect customer service and I truly experienced it while dealing with Audio Advisors. From my very first inquiry about a piece of McIntosh equipment I was searching for, until the day I picked it up, the communication was flawless. The owner, Jeff runs an amazing business, staffed by true professionals. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. This business is an audiophiles dream store. If you love music and high end audio equipment, you need to check them out. It will not be a wasted visit, I promise. Perfection

They stand behind their work, and products. I purchased a radio for my jeep and as it was nearing the end of warranty, the radio started giving me issues, I called and Jerit told me to bring it in asap. Upon testing confirmed radio was faulty, replaced and made a possibly bad situation totally satisfying..

I've had good success spending $130,000 on my audio system in my family room unfortunately the last 60 days, I've had several problems with the system and it continues to be a frustrating experience. I'm hoping Wayne, the owner, would be kind enough to call me and tell me what he's gonna do to fix all the issues that we continue to have?

Amazing store, it's an audiophiles candy store. Rudy was the best, he took the time to set a pair of Bowers and Wilkins for us to hear before purchasing them. Also picked out a great Chet Baker album to add to my collection. Dangerous place to go shopping the selection of equipment he has is amazing.

This is my 4th visit and I have to say, always a great experience. Above what you get these days with friendly, patience, honesty and just treating a repeat customer like a VIP customer. Since the 1st job they did on my audio for my new car to this latest help and guidance... just 5 stars across the board. Ty so much for the love and care. You all are my go to car audio experts

Amazing gear and informed sales, but after paying for my system what was supposed to be about two weeks for delivery turned into two months and even then delivery did not happen. Therefore, I cancelled the order and purchased a system elsewhere. I understand that Audio Advisors was stuck because their supplier was not being transparent. That's what I think happened and not anything less than transparent by Audio Advisors. Still, an unfortunate outcome. What started out as a 5 star experience ended up much less.

AUDIO ADVISORS is an absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable company that has been serving my audio and visual needs for over 20 years.
My last purchase of a Fathom® v2 JL Audio Sub woofer recommended by Jeff Hoover is absolutely over the moon the best subwoofer I have ever heard.

Audio Advisors is a high end audio store specializes in ultra high definition, high end audio gear. Only the finest brand names are sold under the knowledgeable sales guidance of the staff. I have always found that buying quality is your best investment and enjoyment in Audio gear.
You are given generous time to evaluate and hear the equipment and all questions are answered and wisely explained. Besides audio equipment, there is a good selection of vinyl LP's to browse through.
Audio Advisors is conveniently located and has ample parking. I highly recommend this audio store jewel in West Palm

Unethical company. My wife called audio advisers about a camera issue we were having. The tech fixed 6 of the 8 cameras. They told us the two cameras needed to be replaced. Unwilling to use my 35 ft ladder they rented a lift to confirm the cameras were no good. Then they sent use a quote for over $1000. Suspicious of the techs findings, I called the manufacturer, they logged on to my network and fixed the resolution(it was set all the way to black). Audio advisers refused to correct the bill for the unnecessary charges. They could care less about the customer.
