The entire staff was professional, thorough, and kind. We were kept informed by phone calls, Emails, and a schedule of the deadlines for each step. I liked that Attorney Coates was also an MD, which sure helped with his understanding of the situation without needing to get another specialist to explain or interpret the medical records.
