Called around to see if anyone could help me with a CPAP machine that needed repair. Randy at AVASCO said he would check into it if I sent him info on the machine. I did. After a long wait time I resent the email AND called the office to pass on that I resent the email. No response. Called again. No response. Called again. No response. Two of the times I spoke with a person who said they'd pass on that I was waiting for a response and the first time was on a voice mail. With two emails and three calls there's no excuse. I started the first email October 17th. It is now December 1st. Unacceptable
