The services provided by Valley Home Medical have been professional and extraordinary. The technician Mynor has been a gift for taking care of disability proofing our home. My husband Steve is disabled and wheelchair bound. Mynor has assembled equipment in main areas of the house and the bathrooms to make them accessible.

Christian came out to perform maintenance on my lift and to repair a minor sticking issue. Christian was not only extremely helpful and professional, but was able to quickly and thoroughly remedy the issue and do all routine maintenance needed. What an exceptional job! I certainly will be calling Valley Home Medical Supply again when needed.

I have been in a chair for over 10 years now. I have never been as happy with customer service or the quality of my chair like I am now. They have made it the best experience from dealing with insurance, to meeting my needs, to delivery and making sure I am comfortable. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you actually need. They definitely do not do it for the money. And I’ve never felt that. I will never change my insurance because I would never want to lose lose them as my chair provider or maintenance. Thank you guys for making me so comfortable and changing my life

George was an absolute delight. He was charming, warm, and friendly as well professional, competent and knowledgeable, he really knows what he is doing. He is very hands on. He went over everything in regards to my scooter. He showed my husband how to break it down and reassemble the scooter. He showed me how to turn it on, the speed, how to go forward and in reverse. He went over maintenance and safety. He answered all our questions. He went over everything until we were competent in the care and handling of this machine. Overall my husband and I genuinely pleasant and productive experience
