Barn Owl Bakeries

I custom ordered a traditional cheesecake for my toddler's birthday and we were all a bit disappointed with the overall texture and taste. It also did not appear to be baked and I am pretty sure I received a no bake cheesecake as the texture was very chunky and had no creaminess to it.

At first bite I thought I could be forgiving of the texture as it didn't taste all that bad but there were areas of the cheesecake that tasted overwhelmingly sweet and definitely lacked the creamy consistency as the owner's website states.

We ordered a coconut cake for my husband's birthday. Each year we have tried new bakeries in search of one close to the one his grandmother made yearly. I think we hit the jackpot with Barn Owl bakeries!! It was beautifully decorated, moisture inside and heavenly delicious. We will return for another cake!

Ordered a cake for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday and I will for sure be using Barn Owl Bakeries again! Not only did Kim decorate the cake above and beyond what was requested, the cake itself was delicious! I highly recommend to anyone!

Her cakes are so delicious and moist some of the best I've ever had. I have ordered from her now a couple of times and is my go to baker.. I love the way she decorated my daughters baby shower cake it was beautiful and not all that fondant stuff that is not edible. We ordered a cake for my dads 50th birthday & again for my baby shower. Only had pic of the baby shower. But really good! Cupcakes were amazing & the cake was very pretty. Reasonable with pricing and does more than just cakes. Super nice & sweet & works with what you want as far as designs go if she can go it for you she will. Will be buying cakes again from here.

I am over the moon THRILLED with my red velvet cream cheese filled cake. This cake was a do-over cake for a cake I ordered from a fancy bakery in NY that I had over-nighted to my friend for her birthday and for being a great listener. The cake arrived and it was nice but it tasted Awful!!! The cake arrived exactly on time and it was Gorgeous!! My friend was so surprised. We cut the cake and the smell was amazing..
The texture and consistency were perfect! and the taste,,, holy moly the cake is the best red velvet I've ever had.

Just had some cookies (old fashioned oatmeal and orange sunrise) delivered as a birthday treat from my office and they are fresh and delicious! The orange sunrise are particularly unique and perfectly flavored. Couldn't be any better! Will definitely order from Barn Owl Bakeries in the future.

Kimberly has done 3 cakes for my Family this December and with each cake order our satisfaction level remained the same!!! Our guest ate every single slice at each of our birthday event and we got plenty of compliments on how tasty and moist each cake was. It's great having Kimberly's bakery business in the Beaumont area for all of our baking needs!

All I wanted was a cheesecake with cherries on top. A silly tradition started when i wasa young teen ( im 67 ). My mom bought sara lee. This year much to my dismay, i couldn't find it anywhere. Friends as far as New York tried. Them my amazing friend Q found this little bakery and had it delivered to my front door on a Sunday. Let me be very clear, it wasn't my old Sara Lee but that of sara lee on steroids. Beyond expectations. I can't wait to try their carrot cake next if they have it!

The cupcakes were so yummy!! All the kids at my daughters birthday said they were too cute to eat LoL

Wow, Wow, Wow! I ordered a carrot cake for my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised! I know what I wanted but I didn't know what to expect from a home business. I got exactly what I wanted. Today I picked up my first order of cinnamon rolls and a cake. The cake was a rosette ombré in pink for my Mom's 80th Birthday. She was so happy and excited. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious. Then later on my husband and I tried one of the rolls and let me tell you, they are so good. These may be a staple this holiday season for me. Kimberly made it so easy. I now want to try her cookies and scones.

My oldest daughter wanted an Oreo Cookie cake for her 25th birthday and of course I asked Kim at Barn Owl Bakeries to make it. It was so beautiful and tasty! Honestly, if you need a cake for a special event or just because it's Tuesday or need any other of the delicious sweets she makes you need to go to Barn Owl Bakeries.

I recently moved to Beaumont from Phoenix. I love carrot cake but I am very picky. My mother found Barn Owl Bakeries and ordered me a carrot cake and some salted Carmel chocolate balls. I picked up the carrot cake and it was heavy. Got home and started with the salted Carmel ball. OMG. Then dug into the carrot cake. Again OMG. As you can see I never write reviews. Ya it was totally worth it!

Update. I have now tried the cinnamon rolls and the strawberry chocolate truffles and again BOMB! Kim really does cook with love. So happy we found her!

I am sorry but you KNEW I was disappointed! I texted you PRIOR asking for you to clean it up a bit more and you REFUSED SAYING that it would look worse if you did as the BUTTERCREAM WAS ALREADY DRIED! I HAVE THE PROOF!


BUYER BEWARE!!

I was very disappointed when I picked up my sons birthday cake. The cake looked rushed and sloppy. There was no attention to detail whatsoever. Granted, she informed me that she covered the cake with frosting and not fondant, but come on!
The 2 on top of the cake looks horrible! The decor is uneven and sloppy, the wave at the bottom of the cake look
