Alright, we'll admit, cars can't talk, but when we do pop their hoods and start poking around, they do give off signals. Sometimes a signal may be "the car's running a little rough". And if that car could talk, we might hear it saying, "Hey, I can't breathe well." In that case, we swap out the air filter and it's good to go.
A regular oil change just makes sense. Over time, as you drive, the oil inside your engine collects dirt and grit. That dirt and grit wears down the engine parts and makes your engine work harder. When left untouched, all that grime affects your gas mileage and ultimately ruins expensive parts. When the average engine replacement costs in the thousands, bringing your car in regularly for oil changes is the right choice.

I am so thrilled I found McCormick Automotive! I dropped by for routine maintenance on my vehicle before a trip the following day, and found out that my previous mechanic had performed a hack job. McCormick's made sure to show me these things as well as wrote up an estimate to repair the damage.
I was unable to have the work performed (by no fault of McCormick Auto, the necessary parts for my truck were days out, and I needed a vehicle ASAP), and ventured out to purchase a new vehicle.

Had these guys put in a new clutch for me and couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of work done and the attention to detail when diagnosing other issues I had. 100% professional and upfront with the process and it was done quickly too! It’s tough to find a good mechanic shop but if I ever need anything else done I will be coming back here

I recently moved to the area and chose McCormick Auto to take a look at an issue with my car that I could no longer ignore. Right from the start, it was evident that everyone there takes professionalism, quality and transparency very seriously. As a young woman who is not familiar with cars at all, this was very appreciated because I usually do not have great experiences with auto shops.
They had my car for the day, and during the day they were very communicative of the status and how things were coming along. They even provided a full, detailed report (including pictures) of their inspection

Everyone was so compassionate and helpful. Patti was so great and I’m so grateful for their help. Since they are associated Technet they are held to a very high standard and are great at what they do. They gave great service and as a woman I didn’t feel taken advantage of at all. Would definitely come back. 10/10 would recommend.

McCormick Auto shop was absolutely fantastic! Shoutout to Steve for great customer service and Dean for great work on my car. I have been to several auto shops in the area and McCormick was easily the best. I went in for a blower motor repair and ended up needing to repair and replace several other parts of my engine. Thankfully McCormick does a free safety inspection! I appreciate their transparency with pricing, flexibility with fixing only what was necessary and within my budget, and for getting my car back to me quicker than expected.

I used McCormick to inspect a used car we were considering buying & they were awesome to work with. They did a thorough inspection, provided me an inspection report & didn't even charge me.
The customer service was outstanding as well. Steve was extremely courteous, honest & promptly performed the service. They provide guarantees on their work as well. Truly awesome place.

Called on a Friday afternoon and was given a spot first thing on Monday morning. My Chevy Cobalt had a check engine light and other break issues. McCormick gave me an extremely detailed list with photos of all issues and gave me a quote in a timely manner. After a detailed discussion with Rich we decided that the repairs were not worth it given my car's current value. Overall very fast and professional expirence. Highly recommended.

I had been having a recurring sensor issue that the dealer had been trying to solve for years. I decided I needed a fresh set of eyes and took my truck into McCormick. Not only did they have the truck ready to go the next day, but they expertly found the root cause of my issue. When I dropped my car off at 8 am for an oil change they told me it would be ready by 5 pm. I was stunned that an oil change would take that long and especially since my appointed time to come in was at 8 am. After expressing my displeasure and being told that they tried to do work spread out through the day to keep the service dept flowing smoothly, I prepared to leave but before I did the service agent very kindly said that he would try and have my vehicle ready earlier than that and it was ready by 10:30. I was very pleased that he tried hard to get my vehicle out in a more timely manner and

HUGE shout out to the team here! I was stranded in Denver last night because my car would not start! I had initially thought it was a problem with the starter, but no. These guys found the issue right away the next day when I got it towed there and did a full inspection on my car as well. They explained everything to me so I was able to understand the issue.
Steve was super helpful and professional. Dane was the guy that did our repair. Mind you, this only took 2hours for them to get done! Super fast, super affordable, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANY MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS

I am new to Fort Collins and had a coupon to use at McCormick. My partner’s car had a strong burning smell when the AC was on and we were concerned. They were able to squeeze us in the next day and we thought they’d need to keep it over the weekend. Turns out the cap on something hadn’t been screwed on correctly and oil was burning and the smell was coming in through the AC. They fixed it and cleaned the engine.
