Why have I chosen my area of practice? When I was in law school, I actually declared that ".I did not go to law school to become an estate planner!" That is the most ironic thing I ever said. At the time, I was all caught up in the idea that criminal law was the way to go. By the time I got my Juris Doctor degree, my education in the realities of criminal practice eliminated that goal.
An estate is a personal or real property left behind at the point of demise. Estate planning law covers all areas such as wills, trusts, probates, health care directives, and estate administration. The essence of estate planning law is to ensure that the interests of the deceased family are protected.
Probate laws will govern the property distribution process which follows the death of an individual. It would include handling the estate once loved one passes away. These laws guarantee that any kind of possession that is left by the deceased would be distributed properly to the descendants and any sort of creditors would certainly be paid as well.

Lazy and not willing to do the work. If you have a case that needs help with, don't even bother calling, he'll reject your case. He' just cares about your money. Doesn't care about the client at all. He will definitely give you the run around to charge you more money for his time.

Robert did an amazing job with preparing our Living Trust. He went a few steps further and helped us prepare other documents that might become necessary in the event of an emergency.
