When I first came in, I immediately noticed how welcoming the environment was. Kurt was very professional in welcoming me and then set me up to speak with Emma. Emma is a ray of sunshine- super bubbly and… friendly. I recently got a tattoo done by Emma. In my first consultation, Emma took the time to talk about the design I wanted and made sure it looked like I wanted. The day I got the tattoo, she took time to sketch it and get the stencil ready and it looked great. During the process, she had music on which helped and was super gentle with the needle. I've been going to Unbreakable Ink for over a year and it's definitely the best tattoo shop in the suburbs. The atmosphere/vibe feels safe and comfortable; and the shop is very clean and sanitary. I've been… tattooed by Kurt, David, Eddie, and most recently Emma. Besides her beautiful work, Emma stands out the most as an incredibly sweet person who hears out her clients with her massive positivity. I will continue to get my ink done here!

I went to get my new tattoo from Tiffany and drew a sketch that looked like chicken scratch. She picked up what I was putting down SO quick and came up with exactly what I envisioned! I went in and her studio… was SO clean and well organized. She did a few sizes for me so I could choose how small I wanted it. She is so personable and I felt so relaxed going into it, even though I had not been tattooed in over 8 years. Couldn't be happier with Kurt's work. I was thrilled to cover an old, badly done, and damaged tattoo, especially with one of my favorite characters in the world - one whom he also had enthusiasm for. He then… made it even better by suggesting and then executing another character from the same story, tying it all together so beautifully, that I'm still thrilled two weeks later. Everyone who sees it smiles. I highly recommend his work! He's a true artist and you can trust his work to be done the right way, the first time.

Went there to get my first tattoo and was pretty scared due not knowing the process and pain level. Talked to the artist David and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made me feel very… comfortable and did an amazing job! The tattoo design came out exactly the way I wanted! He explained the care after the tattoo was done and it healed very fast.
