I came here based upon reviews and the location. My interaction from start to finish today was impeccable. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue for a wheel alignment that was needed badly. I sincerely appreciate how they photograph my vehicle from the body to under the hood. It made the process easier for me to see the damages done and why my brakes will need to be replaced soon. Every question I asked was answered in a manner I completely understood. Do not go here if you care about your wallet. Brought my car here because it was overheating on the road and they held it for 3 days and when I showed up to pick it up they said there was no issue and proceeded to charge me $140 for a diagnostic fee. There was no diagnostic, they said they drove it around the block to see if it had issues but I brought it in with a full tank of gas and the tank was less than half full when I got it back. Overall scummy people who just want your money and don't care about your vehicles, will NEVER come here again.

After the long drive from Florida to Houston, Tx. I was concerned about my 2020 KIA Soul after the 18 hour drive. I stopped by Ruffino Express in Spring to have my Soul looked over. Liz in the front was so helpful and calmed my fears. The techs ran diagnostics and ensured me everything was okay. I had an oil change and a new cabin filter installed along with an air filter. It was well worth the money and wait to make sure my only form of transportation was going to last me. I brought my Ford E 350 here for the AC and told them it was a hose leak, they said it was something else and replaced that part instead they said. After spending more than $400 + my AC stopped working 1 week later. And had to take it to another mechanic. I feel they took advantage of me because I'm a woman and was passing through. Also they did an oil change and when I asked how the transmission fluid was they said I didn't have a dip stick for it , so I had to show them where it was. I went in for a second opinion. Saved me $1500 on front suspension repair. Diagnosed the problem and gave me updates throughout the process. Also coached me on preventative measures for another unknown issue with my vehicle. I have been coming to these folks for years. 7 I believe, before they were even at this location. I have a small sedan with 150,000 miles on it. I have only taken my vehicle in for repairs 2 times.

These people are amazing. I could feel a vibration while driving my vehicle, but there was no light. I continued driving just thinking it was all in my head until it kept getting worse. Still no light but did not want to just wait for it to get so bad that the stupid light would come on.
