My experience was excellent here. Today was my first appointment and everything went very smoothly. I was able to complete insurance and my health history prior to my appointment because they text you a link. The waiting room was clean. The office staff were actually nice and very prompt on checkout with paperwork I needed. The nurse who did my bp was very nice. Then the nurse practitioner came in and did a full history with me and took notes of all my concerns. Then Dr. Lentzou came in and she was great. Right to the point. I didnt have to go to another location for blood work. They have one right

My parents both who are in their 90’s are under the care of Dr Vargas-Zapata. They have been seeing him for approximately a two years. Thankfully My parents are generally in good health but recently my father was hospitalized but now at home and recovery well. Dr Vargas has always been wonderful with my parents medical and health care. He explains everything to us thoroughly and displays a genuine concern for their well being. He is very prompt with any calls I have with questions and or concerns and I have never felt rushed with my conversations with him. Unfortunately I generally never leave

I have been seeing Dr. Lentzou for several years. She is friendly and thorough and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. Ryan Kim is one of the nurse practitioners in the practice and he is extremely knowledgeable as well. Wait time to be seen is pretty brief, no more than 10 minutes from the time I walk in the door until the time I’m seen by Dr. Lentzou. The referral process for seeing specialists and additional diagnostic tests is smooth and effortless with little to no hassle. I’m very happy with medical care and treatment.
