The worst place to go and get tested for traveling. Was told I'll get the result within 2 days but never received the report until I called them on the third after canceling my flight. Half of the staff doesn't even know when to schedule for the test or how the report will be delivered. Better go somewhere else and get tested.

COVID19 Testing Appointment November 2020
I'm rather disappointed by the length of time and lack of communication involving our COVID test results. We booked with them after reviewing the various options and even took the time to provide all insurance information before the appointment as requested. Well, earlier this week ... was told the results are sent within 24-72 hours. No results yet and this is day 4.
On the good side, swabs are administered in your car. The staff arrived before I could text the number on the placard and in less than ten minutes, testing was complete.

TLDR: Avoid CLEAR Wellness Group. if you need your test in less than a week, go elsewhere.
I hesitate to write this review as I don't like writing negative reviews but I wish I had understood how poorly run this COVID testing site is. My experience with CLEAR Wellness Group has been deeply, deeply frustrating. At this point, I have been waiting a week for COVID test results promised to me within 48 to 72 hours.
Staff mangled my email address somehow even though I had a confirmation email in my inbox that showed I gave them the correct email address. After waiting 119 hours, they finally figured

The people were great 👍
I was able to drive in and drive out within 10-15 min. Customer service was good . It’s was cold outside so I found myself feeling sorry for them”
But most continued to Speak pleasant and carry a smile . FIVE STARS for sure .
ALSO ; I received the Rapid test results in an Email less than 3 hrs from the time I took the test.

Clear wellness did a great job with my first ever covid appointment. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. They were also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Was referred over by my sister and can see why. Highly recommended!

The incompetence is astounding. Went to take my son to get the rapid covid testing done. They didn't didn't reach out to let me know his results I had to reach out to them and they messaged back with oh it was invalid can you come back and do it again? The distance from where I am to there is too inconvenient and it would have been a lot helpful if they actually cared enough to have contacted me initially about the results instead of waiting for me to contact them.

My experience with them was very bizarre. I think there was some sort of miscommunication with my email. But lucky for me there was a lady named Linda who was really diligent about providing good service. She reached out to me and provided me with my results and also made sure all my information was up to date. I highly recommend asking for Linda if you awaiting for your test results. She has a lot of compassion.

Very efficiently ran. Arrived 30min before appointment and was assisted immediately. Requested rapid testing and after confirming insurance information was promptly swabbed. Was told would receive a text within 24 hours. Initially thought that wasn’t the speed associated with rapid but surprisingly received a text within 20minutes.

No clue why there are negative reviews. This place was on point and took me really fast. Pre-check online and was out of there after a few minutes. Yes if you want fast results you need to ask for rapid test but not all insurance covers it so it may be $175 ... no biggie. Great staff, Sending my wife there now :-)
