Absolutely the worse service ever we needed help and these people called security because I called them out for screwing around on the job while they got people in pain and tears in rooms all around them. After we made a scene the doctor came literally like 10 mins later after waiting 2 hours. For someone that hasn't been able down fluids or solids for over 24 hrs. Whomever the older black lady is that works the urgent care is absolutely the most unprofessional Healthcare worker I've ever seen. That also includes that smaller white girl that won't even answer questions or concerns. If I were dying

Do NOT take your young child here for X-rays for potential broken bones. They do NOT have the braces or any equipment needed for broken bones in child size! Not impressed and very angry that was not communicated up front. It was obvious my husband was checking in our 5 year old for a potentially broken toe/foot bone.
Did they say anything up front about not being able to help him? No! Did they say anything on the phone when I called in to ask about taking a small child in for X-rays for a broken foot? No! Did any of the 4 nurses/techs who came in and out of rooms say anything about not being able

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. I visited Lexington Urgent Care on 12/22/21. The physician, Dr. David Baehren, refused to treat my sinus infection with antibiotics or any other medication. He suggested that my sinus infection was a figment of my imagination … after asking me questions about my antidepressant medication …
I am a PhD Candidate at USC, and I take an antidepressant, prescribed by my PCP, because my husband died in service to this country. That said, I don’t think depression causes folks to feign sinus infections, and I have never encountered a situation where a healthcare

My mother was a patient here and was treated for chest pain we checked and they called her back immediately which was great but my issue was the Nurse at the front desk when I asked if could go back she stated that I had to wait a few minutes and that she would come and let me know in a few minutes ... My Stepfather approche the desk and ask the same thing that I did and they let him back with no problem .... I feel like she could have explained more to me as to why I couldn't go back with her ... It's almost like she didn't even care .... Really not happy with this at all

My visit today was awesome! From the pleasant greeting from Ms. Whitney at the front desk to the techs Ms. Jess & Ms. Lisa. Everyone was so nice & explained everything in detail about each step of the procedure. I would definitely recommend LMC radiology on Longtown to anyone that has an imaging need.

Found myself having to go and be seen today due to suffering from migraine symptoms for over 24 hours. ALL staff were nice, caring, and determined to have me seen and feeling better by the time I left. From the lovely front desk ladies, to the nurse that hooked up my IV, the doctor, and the nurse that released me. You ALL did an exceptional job, and I thank you. Best I could have asked for, as a last minute urgent care visit.

Very fast, front desk was very nice and welcoming, intake was also very nice, got a room and my charge nurse Jason was very nice, I read reviews before I came in about Dr. Dingle and so when I saw his name on my board I got a little nervous but he came in and asked me questions asked me what I have taken in the past for what I was in for and also made sure he knew my allergies and found a medicine I could take since I breastfeed. I was very pleased with his services today.
