Mr. Tavit came to this area from New York City many years ago- first as a business owner, and before settling here with his family. When he arrived, he was not happy with the local dry cleaning options. Most of the dry cleaners were using a chemical called Perc. He wasn't happy with the "dry cleaning smell" that Perc left on clothes.

We clean a wide range of garments in a safe eco-friendly way. This includes shirts, jackets, blouses, suits, pants, designer garments, formal attire, comforters, area rugs and more.
Tavit's Dry Cleaners is the only dry cleaner in the area that uses 100% Wet Cleaning. Wet Cleaning is a non-toxic, energy-efficient, water-based cleaning technology. This process is very different from laundry. It is safe and effective on silk, cashmere and other "dry clean only" fabrics. Using this process, we gently wash your clothes with biodegradable chemicals and water.
We do not. With Tavit's Dry Cleaning, we bring your clothes right to you, so you don't have to make the trip to the store. We customize our delivery arrangements to suit your needs. It's best if you choose a weather sheltered location (front porch, back porch, inside the garage) and let us know your preference.
