We have been dry cleaning our customers clothes since 1995 out of our Woodbridge, New Jersey store front. Since no one in our area had seen or heard of a mobile dry cleaning company, we didn't know what to expect. What we discovered was our customers loved it and asked us to come back for a pickup.voila, the dry cleaning pickup and delivery service company is born.
Our valet dry cleaning service arrives at your front door twice a week for deliveries and pickups. The flexibility of our "twice a week delivery / pickup system" allows you to have your dry cleaning picked up once or twice a week and have your dry cleaning delivered 3 days later. Leave your items to be cleaned on your door step and 3 days later they are returned dry cleaned.
We have been servicing customers in Union County since 2008. In Berkeley Heights, we have over 75 customers that choose to rely on us for their dry cleaning needs. We pass through the streets of Berkeley Heights on Tuesday and Friday. Called this business hoping to become a paying customer, as I needed wash and fold services because our washing machine broke. I asked "Do you guys still do wash and fold?" and the person simply hung up on me. No answer when I called back. Not only is this an incredibly bad way to run a business, it's utterly strange.

My husband's company used this dry cleaners. Since it's convenient, I used them a couple times. Unfortunately, they forgot to return my belt for my JCrew puffer jacket and the fur for my JCrew coat. Paul reassured me that I would get them back, that I need to send the puffer jacket back. I sent the jacket, but then they charged me for the jacket again! After that it was like pulling teeth trying to get Paul to call me back to tell me what's going on with my coats. My employer had set up remote pick up dry cleaning. They offered 50% off the first month and the quality was fine. My concern is the lack of communication. I could not get in touch with them on the phone and it would sometimes take a couple times to get an email response. On top of that, they suddenly stopped service to my employer and never informed me. My laundry bag was left in the pick up closet for over a week before I figured it out. My wife and I used the half price promo they offered. They charged us full price twice and after contacting them they said they would take care of it. They never did. After the third time they didn't even respond to us contacting them and never did reimburse us for any of the three orders. Would not recommend at all.

Tried the service a few times and reached out to relay feedback - almost seemed like they didn't want it based on the number of calls it took to get a return call.
I was told pickup would be on a certain day and later found out the clothes were never picked up ....all the time, clothes were left out in a rain storm. Suits and shirts were soaked, acorns pulled from clothing. When I did finally speak with someone, minimal concern and was told would hear back...still waiting.

Would definitely not recommend this service. A number of my husband's shirts came back with brown stains that were not there before and were extremely difficult to take out. I emailed the owner about this problem along with pictures of the stains and heard no reply. The only positive is that this service is convenient.

Ok, I NEVER give reviews mainly b/c I recognize I'm extremely demanding and particular. And very few people ever meet the standard but I have to say - my first experience with this company has been absolutely stellar. I call, they call me back within the time advised. More importantly, I gave them a difficult task of washing a pair of white pant (challenging for anyone) and mending a pair of faux leather pants (tough believe it or not). They called me to ask me how to mend the pants, I said one thing and they recommended and did something that was even better and more appropriate for the fabric

Dry Cleaning Pick up and delivery has never been better. Shirts and skirts is second to none. I had a hell of a night went hog wild on one of my shirts, spilled wine and spaghetti sauce, I just left a note in my pickup bag and my shirt was returned better than new. Perfectly pressed stains removed. They always check my clothing for broken buttons and replace them free of charge. I'm forever knocking the back pocket buttons from my pants. It's nice to know they're helping me look my best.
