Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I had been looking for a cleaners for a few months due to my cleaners in Scotch Plains closing. I did a area search and took a chance with Chois Valley. Brought them some down winter coated and jackets and I must say I was impressed. My old cleaners had me spoiled but I have found a close replacement.

Really really nice people but after several mishaps, going to find a new dry cleaner. They recently laundered a new shirt instead of dry cleaning it, worn once, and shrunk it down several sizes. After these mishaps costing me however many hundreds of dollars in replacing garments, gonna try somewhere else.

Agree this is the best cleaners bar none. They are meticulous with the clothes, honest, and really focus on customer service. Clothes are hand finished and if you forget to point out a stain, they will find it for you and remove it. This is truly a neighborhood establishment. If you need anything tailored, they do an excellent job with that as well.
