I am new to sewing. The older woman was so nice to me. She answered all my questions and told me to come back if I had any problems or questions. I really believe she meant it. The sewing machine repair man knew I was new to sewing and he. I have been looking for someone to come and clean my long arm for years.
I was soo happy that Kyle was able to come and take care of all my machine, since my husband had a stroke and unable to carry them down steps. Each time I have called or visited this store, they have been excellent. Went in for help with my embroidery machine and was literally met with the most helpful staff, ever!

I have used this company for years, bought several machines including high dollar embroidery machine, serviced my machines etc. But I went there recently and was completely disappointed in the way I was treated, by their service tech. He was rude, dismissive and not helpful. I wasn't there to have machine serviced but help understanding a brother machines and I called ahead of time to make sure it was ok to come by.. Which they are a authorized dealer for. I will not be recommending nor using this company for any of my 6 machines or to purchase supplies. Sad because I really enjoyed supporting

Chip always takes care of us with amazing service. I'm constantly bringing him problems and his expertise is phenomenal. He can usually fix or diagnose my issues in less than 5 minutes.
I've been to several other dealers and I keep coming back to him.
If you have a Brother machine this is the best in the area. He services other machines but I have Brother and have only brought them to him for repair.
