Critical: Quality
They told me what was wrong with my machine and said they couldn't fix it. I looked up what they said was wrong online ordered the part for less than $20 and fixed it myself. I guess they didn’t want to fix it. I did appreciate the fact they didn’t charge me for evaluating the problem with my machine.

Great place to purchase various sewing machines and sewing supplies. Plus they do a great job doing repairs.

Critical: Professionalism
In this age of the Covid virus and small businesses closing at every turn, it amazes me that the employees of a business can treat their customers rudely and expect them to keep coming in for more of the same unprofessional treatment. I choose to take my business elsewhere from here on out.

I am absolutely thrilled. My embroidery machine is working even better than when I first bought it. And I got it back so quickly! I really appreciate it.

Very disappointing. Don't waste your money. Took sewing machine in to fix. After 3 days I return to pick it up and after charging me $90 they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. They told my wife not to use old string. When I asked what was done to it to get it working again and they couldn't tell me. They just kept saying "Some times sewing machines just stop working." After $90 and no reason....Is my machine running again... Yes. Will I ever go back there...... No. If it was a McDonalds I could understand the experience, but mom and pop shops need to show the love. I own a service business
