Due to the recent changes associated with providing orthodontic care in Washington State, in combination with the necessity of social distancing, we are happy to announce we are going to be doubling the amount of available patient days and simultaneously reducing the number of patients that we see per day by greater than 50%.

Everything we do at Cascade Orthodontics centers around making both your smile and facial aesthetics look better through state-of-the-art care. In the past, traditional orthodontics would often require the removal of up to eight teeth to create the necessary space to remedy a crowded mouth. At Cascade Orthodontics, since we use the newest technologies, the extraction of teeth is rarely necessary.

I'm very pleased with my treatment at Cascade Orthodontics. Dr. Bush and his staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Bush takes the time to get to know his patients and answer all of their questions/concerns. He's truly an excellent doctor who deeply cares about his patients. Plus, he always looks stylish!
As for his staff, they're very polite and courteous to everyone. I specifically would like to single out Kolby, Robin, and Bliss for their positive attitude and their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate the patient. They really are awesome.

I’m a older woman whose teeth in later years shifted because of a pulled tooth. I decided to correct this issue before Retirement. As a child I always wanted braces, (be careful what you wish for), but didn’t need them! My dentist referred me to see Cascade Orthodontic. I googled the clinic & a refreshing, astir Dr Hector Bush populated! From beginning to end my experience was delightful! The office is beautiful, immaculate & inviting with state of the art equipment! The office staff friendly & inviting, after all seeing older persons wearing braces isn’t common (IMO)!
