New to the area, my cats had ear issues for a year that three vets had looked at and said were not mites or infection. First visit here for unrelated issue (one had a URI) and he immediately diagnosed the ear issue as well and started treatment, their ears now don't hurt for the first time in a year. Now have a complex medical case cat who has been near death a couple of times, and he has been incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, as well as available and patient in advising and providing treatment. I want to thank Dr. Gooding and his amazing staff for taking such great care to my rescue cat Onyx. He recently had surgery not only did they keep me posted they kept Onyx most of the day to ensure he recovered with no issues. What meant the world to me was Dr. Gooding’s follow up call on Sunday to check on my Onyx. Thank you and to your staff for taking such good care of my sweet boy Onyx. I will recommend Pembroke Animal Hospital without hesitation.
Thank you,
Michelle

I will NEVER be bringing any of my pets here again. I called trying to get my dog seen and the receptionist was nothing but rude and belittling. I work in customer service so I tried to have patience with her which only led me to be hung up on. Being a worried dog mom, that was the last thing I needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her being rude, but I tried to brush the other times off thinking maybe they were just bad days but I’m starting to think maybe it’s a bad receptionist. My patience with them has ran out and sadly will have to find a new primary vet for my
