Hilton Animal Hospital is located near the James River Bridge, in Newport News, on Warwick Boulevard, adjacent to the historic Hilton Village, next to the Hilton Shopping Center. My husband and I and of course Angel would like to thank you so much for seeing us so quickly the Saturday that she was attacked at her puppy class. Everyone was so caring and gentle. We just had our first visit with Hilton Animal Hospital and could not be more pleased! We had our appointment with Dr. Ward and the whole team was wonderful! In one visit, they did more than our previous vet ever had! They worked to find solutions for our dogs chronic allergies and ear infections rather than just push things under the rug. Dr. Ward’s attention to detail and thoroughness was so appreciated! The whole team even came together to try and find the best treatment plan for our gal! Last weekend my cat Ryland went to an emergency vet about a sudden mass on her jaw and not eating. After requesting appointments at quite a few vets for a consult and follow-up I was able to get a same day appointment for her at Hilton Animal Hospital while most offices were closed for the holiday, even as a new patient. Dr Ward was amazing, kind, professional, and gave us all the information and answers we needed, and possible scenarios. We had a full work up done the same week here and Dr Ward was able to work with us on medications that were easier to handle with my cat when pills didn’t work

My six month old French bulldog was suffering from allergy issues and I needed to see a vet as soon as possible. After calling nearly 10 other hospitals in the area, I was able to get an appointment with Hilton. Making the appointment and filling out the new registration form was extremely easy and hasslefree. My appointment was at 5PM which started promptly, And I walked out at 5:50, without feeling rushed or unsatisfied. Everyone was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful from the front desk staff to the veterinarian. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and my puppy can be anxious

I really can't say enough good things about this vet! We took our 7 year old dog here when we found out he needed cruciate surgery and we were pretty stressed about the surgery itself, the costs associated, and the recovery time required. Hilton Animal Hospital has done a wonderful job making a stressful situation as stress-free as possible. They've answered our texts on weekends, refilled his prescriptions over the weekend when we lost his pills, re-stapled his incision for free when he pulled some staples out, etc etc. I could go on about how great they are but bottom line is: if you're looking

The service I received from making my appointment to check out was excellent. The tech, Anna, was so nice to my fur babies and went over everything with me and Dr. Pate was extremely thorough and answered all the questions I had.
I am new to the state, it’s hard to find a vet hospital that I trust, and I feel very lucky to have found them.

This is a wonderful practice! The vets are skilled and kind, and the rest of the staff is also caring and remembers each patient well! We have had both well visits, dental and surgical procedures, and illness visits for both a cat and a dog, and always receive a lot of helpful information about diet, behavior (sometimes mine...), and things to watch for. They are thorough and patient. Recently, our dog became very sick while we were out of town, and Dr. Fink worked extra hard to not only diagnose this puzzling illness, but to also work with the pet sitter and communicate with us frequently and

Caring staff, exceptional service - Dr. Fink and his staff are always professional and caring. I appreciate the time and care they take to educate me on my pets care, as well as the care in handling my elderly cat. I always feel like my concerns are being heard and addressed. I have found them to be very compassionate when the situation called for them to be. I highly recommend Dr. Fink and his staff!
