This place is terrible. The first time you walk in you have this funky sweat smell. Classrooms are disgusting. Teachers are VERY RUDE to the children. My son walked in to one of the classrooms and instantly got yelled at by a teacher. One time I also heard teachers yelling at kids for doing nothing wrong. Floor is disgusting. My son hated it. PARENTS PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE

My son attended here in the infant room. He was dropped by one of the teachers in his room, she dropped him on his head onto the hard floor. He was only 9 months old. He suffered from a severe concussion for an entire week! The teacher who dropped him is STILL working in their infant room. This happened on 8/31/15. Very recent! Warning other parents to NOT let their infant attend here. I do not want another baby to suffer like mine had! I also received two different reports to what happened. The first one saying he was dropped 4-6 inches from the ground, the second one I received said he was dropped

But management's follow up on the situation was not acceptable. The woman that dropped him was not adequately reprimanded, in fact she still works there. The documentation of the incident was fraudulent in an effort to reduce the severity of the fall and their own liability. The doctors confirmed he must have been dropped from at least a few feet, but the write-up said she dropped him from

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

I am seeking care for my 5 month old to begin in September...I called to be put on the waiting list because there are currently no openings. Well, since I have been on that list I call in on occassion to see if there is a change in my spot.

The Director, Miss Ronnie NEVER is available...I leave messages for her and in one instance...didn't receive a call back for a week, the second time...I had to call back again because it was 3-4 days and I hadn't heard back from her...then this most recent time I have called and left THREE messages and her assistant
