Quality First Child Care, Inc. ("QFCC") provides child care services for infants, preschool, kindergarten and school age children and has been servicing the Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield and Naperville areas for over 15 years. Services
Our morning program provides a rich classroom environment and at the same time allows children all the comforts of home. Your child will learn how to cultivate relationships with friends and develop self-confidence as he or she strengthens cognitive skills. Role playing, identification and ego development, imitation and experimentation, eye-hand coordination, problem-solving, development of social skills.
At QFCC, we believe that our small size and 1:6 teacher to student ratio allows us to focus more carefully on the development and needs of each child. Through small-group instruction, we are able to promote skill development, and provide the perfect balance of nurturing, learning and playtime. However, in an effort to be Developmentally Appropriate, we have devised specific approach to each age group of children for whom we provide care.
A mother of two, Memory Burnett began her entrepreneurial and professional career in early childhood education in 1999 as the founder of Love A Child Day Care.
Several years later, in 2009, with the help of her business partner, Napoleon Lawson, Memory co-founded Quality First Child Care, increased her staff, extended her hours to evenings and weekends, offered transportation services to clients within her local area and recruited a second partner, Maria Cruz, to enhance the level of service she would be able to provide to her clients.

QFCC reserves the right to charge a $1.00 per minute fee to families who consistently arrive late to pick up their children. Daily charge of $5.00 per day will be added to monthly tuition for all payments received after the due date and for all outstanding balances. The Provider or Parent may terminate this contract by providing written notice of such termination.
I love QFCC! The daycare provides a safe place for my son. They have taught him so much and he has become one of the more advanced students in his kindergarten class. Thanks to QFCC, he was able to write his name, recite his ABC's, count to 20 and so much more.
My son has been with QFCC since he was a year old and I would recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their child in a safe environment that teaches children proper manners and educational skills.Their providers and staff are wonderful people. I do not know where I would be without QFCC. I absolutely love everything about this company and the people who work here.

Very professional, friendly and reliable family oriented daycare. My son never really liked any daycare he was going to until I found this one. He had a complete shift in his attitude and is always so excited and happy to be there. They treat everybody like family.

From day 1 the staff at this day care made me and my children feel like family. They are so helpful, so respectful, so responsive, so excellent! I had to find a day care asap for my 2 children and they were extremely helpful. Their energy is amazing. Napoleon and Maria Lawson (owners) are great people and they will definitely help you out and figure something out for you!!! I definitely recommend this day care to any parent that desires to go to work in peace and leave their loved one in good hands!!

If you are looking for a daycare. I highly recommend. My children have been coming here for 7+ years. The staff is very friendly, place is always kept nice & clean. As a mother its always hard finding a daycare you can trust and since day one they've made sure i felt at ease & my kids love going. They are like family to us & have always worked with my schedule. I know i can always count on them! 🙂

After moving with my daughter, we had to find a new daycare. It’s always nerve wrecking transitioning daycares, but upon the first meeting with Maria and Napoleon, I was confident with choosing them to care for my daughter. It’s been a couple weeks and my daughter is all smiles upon drop off and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave when pick up time comes! I am truly grateful for all that they have done thus far and how they made the transition so much easier. They are extremely responsive as well if any issues/questions arise.

Being a first time mom and my son being only 5 months when he started I looked everywhere for a daycare and was nervous about leaving him anywhere. Napoleon and Maria made me feel comfortable. They are very understanding, reliable, and accommodating. My baby is always smiling when I drop him off and pick him up. You can tell all the staff is very caring. I'm so glad I found them!

This child care facility and it's caretakers have a genuine love for the children they service. They promote good values and quality service. They are more than professional, they are supreme and I absolutely love them! If you are looking for reliability, key communication, and supreme professionalism, this is the place for your child.
After day one, my son looked forward to coming everyday. Quality First became his favorite place to go and Napoleon is now listed as his bestfriend! My son and all the children I see seem to be happy and cared for and that's what matter to me.

I found this daycare about 5 years ago through a cousin. I was a bit nervous at first since this was the first time i was leaving my children with strangers BUT I’m so glad i found them! They are no longer strangers, they’re family. The staff is compassionate and very friendly. They care for the kids as if they were their own. They serve great meals and snacks throughout the day. I have no worries when i drop my kids off to them. This is a fantastic daycare, the name says it all!

Very reliable, professional and dependable child care. Maria, Napoleon and their staff are very nice. They were understanding to my work hours and accommodated me in any way they could. The way they separate their home from the childcare area Amazed me. ITS NO KIDS RUNNING ALL THROUGH HOUSE and individuals other than staff in the care of your child. I am picky when it comes to who watches my children all the way up to the curb appeal. My daughter is 4 and she loves it here.
