Also, my roof was checked in other areas to look for any other issues or potential damage existing now or in the future.

Kyle is bare none the best of Universal Roofing. From the moment he came to do an inspection on the house until the very end of our new roof installation, he was professional. Always willing to answer our questions in a timely manner and educate us on the different roofing options. My wife and I always knew the process thanks to Kyle and there were never any surprises. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing and ask for Kyle to come out and inspect your roof.

Kyle Rushing was the best out the best! We had our roof replaced and some interior paint this past August and by far his expertise, keeping the customer informed and customer service is the best I have ever seen! We recently worked with Darien Jay Coots on getting our roof replaced through our homeowners insurance, and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience. DJ made the process easy, efficient and quick. He answered all our questions and concerns, and was quick to respond to us. The work itself only took half a day due to the large and professional crew provided by Universal Roofing. The work was done to very high standard and they cleaned up all the mess after. If you need a new roof I strongly recommend working with DJ.

Ash provided countless details to our insurance company (and even provided more when we were declined 1st time around!) and was able to get approval for a new roof. Our out of pocket was only our deductible and they did an outstanding job. He follows up to the last detail! Highly recommend!!!!
