For nearly twenty years we've been there during difficult times, guiding our customers through the process of restoring their home and property to its pre-damaged condition. We started as 'Ideal Development Concepts' in 1998 in Suwanee, Georgia as a small local home repair and restoration business.
Through strategic relationships with insurance companies we've steadily grown to serve all of greater Atlanta. More recently, IDC has opened offices in both Athens, Georgia and Anderson, South Carolina, allowing us to expand our service region for homeowner customers throughout Northeast Georgia and Northwest South Carolina.

IDC is fully licensed - and deeply experienced - in residential repair and construction. When your home has been devastated by damage due to Water, Fire, Wind, or Mold we can restore the property to a state prior to the occurrence of the destruction. IDC has Technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to handle emergency situations.
IDC is a fully licensed Commercial contractor. Our resume includes the restoration of Commercial buildings and Multi-Family apartment communities throughout the southeast. Our team understands what It takes to handle large losses. Ideal Development Concepts (IDC) began in 1998 and has developed into an $16M, full-service restoration business serving the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia areas.

I AM SO THANKFUL FOR IDC AND ALL THE GREAT WORK THEY DID ON OUR HOME. HOUSE FIRE CAISING US TO MOVE OUT FOR 9 MONTHS WAS A DIFFICULT TIME, BUT THE FANTASTIC RESULTS FROM THE TEAM AT IDC MADE THE OUTCOME WORTH ALL THE EFFORT.

Ed, Drew and Miguel did a fantastic job with the water mitigation in our house. They knew what they were doing and were able to answer all of our questions. They were very professional and expedient. The office staff at all three IDC offices have been friendly and exceptionally helpful. We would definitely recommend them. Excellent job!

4 years later - disappointed! Lousy work! You get what you pay for.l The carpet is buckling, does not lay flat. They were supposed to put multiple layers of sealant / protectant on our wood floors (we were in an airbnb for 8 days), looks like the put on 1-2 coats, all worn off in many places. Painting - they didn't leave any of the paint cans/left over paint behind - so we can't do any touchup to the walls!
2018 - Glad IDC was able to handle all the details and repair out house / flood damage! Represented our needs to our insurance company - everything was paid for.

IDC was identified through my insurance company. I was matched with the worst Project Manager ever (I do PM for a living myself). He would constantly lie about the status of the project, show up late on scheduled worked days, and overall just unprofessional. Several people came in and out of my house to "assess" the work to be done, a new unidentified person each time. I was told the 2month wait to fix 3 stair noses was because "it's construction and materials have to be gotten" (All products that can be bought directly from the shelf at Home Depot). This is my first time dealing with a somewhat major house issue. With that being said, the customer service from this company has been amazing! From Trish to Daria, and to our inspector Mr. Tim... Absolutely amazing! I thoroughly appreciated Mr. Tim Brown! He immediately had a friendly attitude and was respectful the entire time. He did our inspection and made the process extremely smooth and easygoing. His attention to detail and overall pleasantness was just superb! A close friend recommended IDC in June when our house flooded from a busted pipe. Pretty much dealing with Kris from the start, he always kept me on the same page. He was a pleasure to deal with, and was always available and true to his word. All the guys were great. Larry, Gary, Phill, Joey, and a special thanks to Miguel and his crew. They went above and beyond of what I expected. The new floors upstairs look fantastic, and the entire basement was repainted and done well. Obviously having to move to a rental house for a while was an inconvenience, but I can honestly say I didn't have one negative
