Critical: Responsiveness
Brought our computer to them over 2 months ago. I called and was told he would call me the next day. He never called back.
That was over 2 weeks ago!

I first called about repairing my daughter's iPhone, 1 week before everything shut down because of COVID-19. Brian was great & repeatedly tried different suppliers for parts, but with no luck. He must have fielded 15 or more calls from me between March & May 27th, but he finally got the parts & fixed it in about 2 hours.
I would recommend this company for any cell phone or computer repairs, no question!!

After an unusually long update, my computer refused to do any thing. After talking to Comcast and getting nowhere, I took my neighbors advice and headed to Pembroke Computers. Brian was very helpful and a couple of days later, he had my Dell working the way it is supposed to. Thanks Brian.
