We are a home care service that allow seniors and individuals with disabilities to have safety and independence in the home with a qualified caregiver. Please see below what specific services we provide. Assisting with bathing, toileting, changing of incontinence products, dressing, walk assistance, mobility assistance, exercise, and transfers.
Encouraging social engagement, playing games, memory care, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, meal preparation, monitoring diet & monitoring fluid intake. Helping with general upkeep of the living area such as laundry, cleaning dishes, vacuuming, and changing linens. My Grandmother was very nervous about having someone in her home.

Services
A Homemade Plan was founded by three longtime friends in January of 2012. All three founders grew up in Damascus, MD and were friends through Elementary School, High School, and were even College roommates at Salisbury University. Matthew, Tyler, and Ryan are the proud Owners and Founders of A Homemade Plan.
A Homemade Plan provides home care services in Maryland. The services we offer allow seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain safe and independent in their home. We thoroughly screen and hire qualified caregivers to perform activities of daily living. Below, please find a general list of services that we provide.
A Homemade Plan can assist you in achieving peace of mind that your loved one is safe and independent at home. The next step is to schedule a free, no obligation meeting to get a better understanding of your needs and create a plan to help achieve your family's goals. We meet Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

We are currently looking for CNA's and companions to perform companionship and personal care. Care Providers with A Homemade Plan will travel to our Care Recipients' home to assist them with activities of daily living.

Very great place to work for . They are genuinely caring and care about their employees and clients. I’ve worked with them in the past for 4 years . I was blessed and happy to be working with this company for the time I did . Sometimes I miss homecare and working for them . Ryan is truly professional and he was great to work with. He communicates well and is very dependable, hardworking, honest and efficient. Haven’t regretted anything about working with this company. They always go out of their way for their clients and employees. Not greedy and incompetent like most of the others around.

I have worked with A Homemade Plan for the past year and half , unfortunately I have made the decision to leave my position as a care coordinator, due to my own personal endeavors. I’m absolutely heartbroken i’ve had to leave such a wonderful company . I have never been so happy in my life at work , it’s been very self rewarding professionally and personally . I was looking for help for my Grandfather, and I’m really glad I found A Homemade Plan. They came to my house to meet with our family and explain everything so we all felt comfortable.
