Peninsula Home Care (PHC) is the award-winning, locally owned and operated home health care organization on the Lower Eastern Shore. Over the last three decades our skilled nurses, therapists, case managers and aides have helped nearly 50,000 patients in Maryland and Delaware work to regain their independence as they recover from illness, injury and surgery.

Locally owned and operated, Peninsula's offices in Salisbury and Ocean Pines, Maryland and Seaford, Delaware each offer a full complement of services, including Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Medical Social Work and more.Peninsula Home Care serves Sussex County, Delaware and Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset Counties in Maryland In-home services are available 24 hours/day.

A plan of care outlines the services and treatment your doctor, home health nurse or physical therapist and you/your family decide you need. Peninsula Home Care will keep in touch with your doctor to report your progress. Your Care Plan will be reviewed regularly (at least every two months) and updated based on your progress.
Our team of skilled nurses, aides, therapists and social workers - led by a PHC Case Manager - will provide the care, therapy and services your patient needs and give you the confidence that things are being done the way you desire.
