We paid fortune for custom wheelchair for our family member and now, after few years of using it, we can’t get them to do some small fixes, they just don’t care. Customer service is horrible, they promised to call back but never did. When few days later you call them to ask what’s going on, why you never call back, they just put you on hold forever, until yo give up. We waited 1 week and still don’t know what the heck is going on, why they never call back, never scheduled a maintenance fix, they could’ve at least call and tell “hey we are busy now, please wait until this day”. Follow up - Customer service is great. Medical supplies are exactly what I need and in stock. I have an issue with a medical practice that has gone out of business. Bay View is helping me with this issue.

Its the small things that matter. I had a wonderful experience using Bay View Homecare for my medical equipment needs. The customer service ladies were patient, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. They worked with our physician to make sure everything we needed was in the home before my husband was discharged from the hospital. I would recommend Bay View Homecare to anyone in need of Oxygen or medical equipment.

Both my family and I have worked with Bayview on numerous occasions for various services and equipment. The staff has always been extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. The billing department has been particularly helpful with navigating through the maze of healthcare coverage. On occasion we have required home visit for equipment delivery and setup. The field staff simply could not be anymore professional, helpful and friendly.
As an individual who works in the healthcare industry, it is a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company who treats the customers as if they are part of their

I just called and spoke with Nicole, I was very upset and sick. I was told that I didn't qualify for my insurance to cover the service. But when I asked subsequent questions about my options, she was very condescending and just repeated the same practiced script. I asked for self pay options and she was very rude. I was noticeably crying and upset and she lacked empathy. I don't understand how you are providing equipment to sick people and you lack empathy. I will continue to call around to pay self pay some where else.

Bay View Homecare is a great, personal company that strives to accommodate everyone. The customer service representatives and respiratory therapist are very knowledgeable of the equipment and services Bay View provides. Ordering equipment through insurance can take 1-3 business days with the proper paperwork, where as other companies have quoted 2-3 weeks.

Thursday morning my father picked up a knee walker (as a rental) for me after my foot surgery. I attempted using the knee walker over the course of that day. Friday morning at 9am when Bay View Homecare opened I called to advise them that I was unable to use the knee walker.
The hight adjustments were pre-set, one too high, the other too low. It had a very poor turning radius and was too heavy to even lift and turn in small spaces, especially while I am trying to balance myself with one foot. It was not functional for me.
When I spoke with the office staff, they advised me that they could not
