Will was great to work with start to finish. I received about 5 bids on my landscaping job and Landscapes 101 attention to detail blew the others out of the water. We spent about an hour talking through the work I wanted done, the product I would like to use and Will giving me ideas on how to do things. Throughout the project they were excellent about communicating, always talked to me first if things came up, and the quality of work was outstanding. I will absolutely be working with them again on future projects.

I sent a Yelp message to William yesterday (a Sunday) thinking we waited too long this year to have our sprinklers blown out and maybe I'd get a reply sometime this week saying they were too busy with a slight undertone of "ma'am, it's the middle of November..." Nope, he promptly replied and set up a time to blow out our sprinklers the next afternoon because he had a little room in his schedule. He's truly kind and very friendly; we plan to continue calling him each year!

Arrived on time and was very respectful and helpful, happy to answer any questions. Completed the job quickly and was priced slightly lower than a lot of others as well

Buyer beware, Landscapes101 did not fulfill their commitment. We gave Walker of Landscapes101 the opportunity to make right the poor workmanship of his team and he bailed. He did not honor his word or his warranty. Neither the yard, nor the bedding areas were properly prepared and we now have an uneven lawn, dead plants and a poorly laid walking path.

I just bought a new house and discovered a problem with the inground sprinkler system. They were able to come out very promptly and diagnose the problem that I had at the start of my inground sprinkler system. They came back the next day and were able to take care of it completely. Even showed me around my system and checked that everything else was in working order. 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! William was able to fit our crisis into his early morning schedule on very short notice, . He understood the urgency of our leak (water running continuously from a broken line). On the phone before coming out, he assured us he could stop the leaking water, but may not be able to perform a complete repair on the spot because of his time limitations for the morning. William is great and always takes the time to do things right and answer my questions. When we ran into issues during my sprinkler startup (this year and last), he took care of them and didn't charge me anything extra, including needed return visits both times. I also forgot that I paid in advance via their package deal back in the fall, and he reminded me instead of letting me pay double. Walker and his team at Landscapes 101 were great to work with. We did a complete overhaul of our front yard and they worked with us to implement the xeriscape design we had prepared with another company. Walker was extremely helpful in keeping costs down, being upfront and reasonable about costs, communicating quickly, and completing the project in a timely way. Will is great to work with. Last fall I was looking to have my sprinklers blown out before the first freeze of the season and he came out the same day that I called (which was a Saturday). He also replaced my sprinkler valves this spring for a very fair price. The new valves have been working great. I also hired him to do some sod installation in my backyard this summer. He and his crew did an excellent job with the prep work and installation. The sod is looking great, and again, the work was done at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Landscapes 101, William Walker and his team were professional, fair with pricing, quick and thorough! We hired them for a yard cleanup job before we put our house on the market and they made sure no detail was missed, even coming back a couple days before we listed to do a final blow-off of our yard since there was some snow lingering. We tried to hire them for another job that was outside of what they typically do and instead of telling us they don't do that work, he found a colleague who does and arranged for him to come out and honor the pricing and timing we discussed up front

Will is the man! He did a french drain install for me and everything came out great. Right when he came by for the quote he immediately had a vision of what he wanted to do, and that's exactly how it turned out. He walked me through all the steps of it so a newbie like me could understand how it all worked. Him and his crew somehow got the whole project done in 2 days. Also did a couple extra things at no charge! It's always a huge positive when the owner of the company is on site for the entire job. You won't get that if you go with a bigger landscaping company.

These guys were not only accommodating during a very busy time of year, but extremely honest. I reached out to about 5 other sprinkler repair companies and they were at least 1-2 weeks out from getting to us. Landscapes 101 was able to get out the very next day. We were under the impression we had to rebuild/replace a manifold which can be several hundreds of dollars to do. They quickly spotted the problem by rescuring the leaking manifold at a fraction the the price.
Will was professional and super easy to work with. We have them scheduled for another job next week.

My husband and I are new to the Highlands Ranch area (just moved up from the Springs) and brand new homeowners. We were pretty stressed out about figuring out how to turn on the sprinkler system and get things up and running. My backyard is transformed! For the past few years my backyard sod completely died. It was a complete mess. In large part due to the trampoline, Japanese Beetles, and that bad batch of Scott's fertilizer a few years back.
But now it's all-new again thanks to Walker at Landscapes 101. These guys not only did an amazing job but also are the nicest bunch of guys you will ever meet. The best part of the whole deal is Walker used his own judgement to give us a lot more than we thought we needed but never jacked up the price (added sprinkler heads, shrubs, new weed barrier etc.). Seriously

Walker and the Marks did a fantastic job with our brand new irrigation system and lawn! Landscapes 101 installed new sprinklers and sod in both our front and back yard, laid a beautiful flagstone path, and relocated several large landscaping boulders. They came out after everything was done to walk down the project and to make sure we were happy. These are good guys who do good work for a very fair price.

I called William from Landscapes 101 and send a picture of it. He stated he could just replace that specific valve instead of the whole backflow unit which saved me a bunch of money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable price and set up a time after his normal business hours to accommodate my work schedule. He offered to put a drain in at the bottom of the valve for just the cost of the part.

He was the most reasonable sprinkler turn-on person. The price is right with a decent turn on and turn off bundle
He also showed me where my system needed help and how to limp through this summer. I can tell you that his points were 100% on target based on my previous summers (knew an issue never knew scope based on lawn)
Very friendly owner too - which can make all the difference. I suggest giving them a call especially if your not they handy with your sprinkler system
