Our guy came out to winterize the irrigation. He took the time to show me how to bleed excess water from the lines inside the house. Really helpful and friendly guy who grew up here in the Castle Tock area. Also recommended fertilizer best for Colorado lawns and laid out a plan in the Spring for bringing the lawn back in a couple of bare areas. All for $55. Are you kidding me? We moved here from FL a year ago and now have our permanent lawn guy. He even has a degree in horticulture, which I'm guessing makes him overqualified to provide Aaron Rodgers medical advice. Slam!

After some confusion over scheduling times, Tim's Sprinkler Service got the job done. The owner personally called and confirmed the arrival time to blow out the sprinklers that day and then he came out personally and took care of us and said there would be no charge. Even after I offered to pay anyway, he refused payment and said they had errored and he wanted to make it right. I will be using them again

Great service! Thought it would take around 4 hours to completely redo our drip zone. Johnny showed up with 4 others and completed it in a little over an hour. Johnny is a true professional. He listened to what I wanted, understood and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tim’s Sprinkler to anyone.

This is an amazing sprinkler company. The response time was 2 days, at the beginning of August. Christian, who was outstanding, came to my house, went to the store, got the part, and fixed the cylanoid, all in about 30 minutes.
Previously, 2 different companies failed to do the job. One guy (at Advantage Sprinkler) made us wait 3 weeks, then came to the house, said he didn't have time to fix the problem, then sent a bill for $215. It was $160 to fix the problem in 30 minutes with Tim's Sprinkler.

Scheduling was good. Alexandra got the job scheduled after providing an estimate (I'd provided pictures of the damaged valve). The workers, Christian and associate, were out here around 8:15 of the day the work was scheduled, went right to work, and replaced three valve zones in about two hours. I also discussed some other sprinkler work I needed done and they weighed in on the cost and some strategies to save money.

Tim’s Sprinkler guys arrived early and fixed my sprinkler’s pressure vacuum breaker immediately before opening up water pressure and testing the sprinklers in the start of the season. Great work.

I would HIGHLY recommend! A good sprinkler company is difficult to find, but I found a GREAT one in Tim's Sprinkler. Johnny arrived earlier than expected, and it was fantastic what he completed in just three hours. I had some trenching with in my years and it cut the sprinkler lines in many places. The winter also damaged the back flow values. In about an 2 hour they had the lines repaired and vslue replaced. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this crew.

*Update on my previous review. Tim reached out to us on the very day of my review and offered a sincere apology. He also offered the next day a free blow-out service in the coming Fall season. Appreciated the owner's effort to make it right in the end.

I'm so grateful for this Littleton neighbor and his crew! They always do an amazing job at affordable rates. Today, they were right on time to troubleshoot some issues and because no repairs were necessary, they didn't charge me for their time and trouble. I initially reached out to Tim towards the end of Winter to get on his schedule to repair a broken drip line and replace my sprinkler heads. He put me on the schedule and sure enough on the expected day, his team arrived, assessed, and completed the work. Our sprinkler system was leaking water into the basement and we had an “out of the ordinary” situation where would could not shut the water off. Tim made extra time to come out the next morning and help us! He saved us hundred in damage that was being done to our basement. I had a sprinkler system put in this summer, and it was an overwhelming process. Tim completed the estimate, and bent over backwards to fit in the installation around some travel I was doing this summer. He did a good job of explaining the work that would need to be done. I thought the price that he gave me was very fair. He navigated some issues with the install (where the water main was relative to the city pipes, etc) and it did not slow down the job or add to the cost. Reached out to Tim December 2020 to deal with a sprinkler system leak. He was fast to respond and came to the house the following day. Problem was solved by replacing an old gate valve (think wheel you turn) with a more reliable ball valve (lever). His fee was reasonable. Like others, I have his number in my phone now. Highly recommend.

I had Tim come out to blowout my sprinkler system, which was quick and easy. He quoted me the price and that was the price I paid. Best part is that I reached out on short notice and he was able to come to my home within 2 days. Going forward I will be using Tim's Sprinkler.

My first experience with them was great! I waited too long to schedule winterization of my sprinkler system and the five other companies I called first were booked solid for weeks. Tims' was also booked solid but were nice enough to fit me in between appointments. They were professional, prompt and very nice to work with. I would recommend them highly and will be calling them in the spring to get my system up and running again.

I have to say, Tim was extremely compassionate and accommodating with an emergency that we had today. He came right on time and finish the work in a very professional manner and did a very professional job! I can’t thank him enough for everything you did for us today. It is so rare these days to find a company that focuses on quality service and a quality product! Tim performed a re-grading and sprinkler system installation for my back yard. His bid for the project came in the middle of the 5 I'd gotten, but his professionalism and reccomendations beyond my plan won him the project. His crew was excellent, one-time, and courteous toward my family. He also came in on budget and 2 days early with completion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any yard project.
