Bill and I started coming to Mena Arkansas about 6 years ago. We always had the best time whether it was riding the trails, sight seeing everything coming into bloom in the spring or the trees changing to beautiful colors in the fall.
The last time we had came down to ride the trails one of the previous owners Alan Youngblood approached Bill and I to let us know he would be retiring to spend more time with his family and that Wolfpen Creek Cabins were for sale.Alan made us love this place even more knowing all the hard work and compassion him and his wife Barbara had put into everything.

To book reservation please contact us via email with a phone number and we will call you back to confirm dates. To confirm booking, a 50% deposit is required at booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to booked dates. Things you will need: food, personal products, shampoo, soap etc. firewood for fire pit and charcoal for grilling.
Sleepy Bear is a 1 bedroom with a log queen bed and 2 bathrooms. It has a loft upstairs with 2 sets of log bunk beds (en-suite sink) 1 set as a twin on top and a twin bottom and the other set has a queen on bottom and twin on top. The living room has 2 log sofa futons that make into queen beds Tv satellite, dvd player, and WIFI.
Honey Bear, our newly added option to our vacation log cabins, combines rustic charm with modern amenities. The layout allows for many options to sleep up to 10 guests. The master bedroom with a queen size bed, offers the privacy of an ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms with queen beds and two additional bathrooms makes Honey Bear a very comfortable cabin for 6 guests.
Mena is located in the west central portion of Arkansas, nestled with in the Ouachita National Mountains with cascading streams, bass-filled lakes and a million and a half acres of pristine forests. Local information can be found in the restored Mena Kansas City Southern Depot which also serves as a tourist information center.
