This was my first time with a life coach. I was apprehensive as I thought it may be similar to counseling, but this was such a refreshing way to improve some aspects of growth in my life. I can’t say enough good about Jennifer Butler. She was an incredible coach and helped me recognize and overcome some serious barriers with ease. I had to put in the work but she gave me the tools and showed me exactly how to use them. I honestly felt like every session resulted in a breakthrough. I’d use the tools throughout the next week+ (and still do for many things). It wasn’t easy, but the changes and growth that came of it was 🤯 amazing.
