Teresa is the best of the best, she rates 11 out of 10 in my book. I can't say enough about her. She always fills my schedule with the most amazing offices. She is always has an upbeat attitude and it's easy to see her colleagues hold her in high esteem as well. Many of the offices have know Teresa for years and years. Theresa is the best! I had the pleasure of being introduced to Theresa and her services about 8 years ago when I was working front office in Encinitas. I'd give Teresa 6 stars if I could! She's been nothing short of amazing time and time again. I've been working with her for years, she's found me permanent offices, as well as works me like crazy as a temp. I called her early September to explore other options as an RDA because I was ready to advance my career. The office I was was at did not offer that. I called and was on a promising working interview the next week. I took the offer at the other office with a generous raise. My office uses this agency and only this agency! Teresa is seriously the best! She is helpful after hours too for those staff members who call in sick. The RDH's she has sent me have been stellar! (Maha RDH is the bomb if you ever get the chance to use her). I lost the number to the agency once and called 4 different agencies looking for Teresa to answer! My experience with Teresa was a mixed bag. Originally, all seemed good. She was responsive and professional. She would call and get my schedule lined up...just seemed on the ball. However, things went down hill quickly.

The owner of this company is very unprofessional to say the least. She will act as if she is a friend of yours and will try to get personal information out of you to tell other individuals that temp for the agency. Also I called several times and she did not once try to return my calls
