My grandmother is currently a resident and when I visit she acts like she canât actually tell me whatâs going on. She has been ignored and denied treatments she needs to breath. The staff is rude and ignored me for 30 mins at the front desk. As I was leaving we spotted a biohazard mattress sitting outside right in front near the doors. Never in my life have I reported a place so fast. Please if you love your family, try to find somewhere else first.

This place is the worst. My aunt was taken air from the hospital to rehabAnd she ended up getting an infection that was so serious she ended up going back into the hospital under the threat of loss of life on an anabolic grip. They definitely let it go untreated or unnoticed by staff which could have cost her her life. When we went to get her things they didn't have everything. I made a trip or an hour away to go get her wheelchair that has her name on the back go figure and they didn't even want to give that up after calling all day for 2 days with nobody answering the phone and when I finally

Haven't been here yet, but recently applied to work here. I've heard some really poor reviews on this place... I'm great with people and understand the importance of care and comfort. So hopefully they hire me on and I can help work with the staff on making some big changes. I will change my review when this happens.
