I haven't been to an optometrist in many years. I'm so happy I chose Optical Outfitters. It's a nice modern office. I walked in and was immediately taken care of. They had my information ready to go. The few minutes I sat waiting I witnessed kindness from the staff. Dr. Y was personable and gave a great thorough exam. Plus she answered all of my questions..and I had a few. The whole process was about 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Over the years I have been to most of the places around here such as Lens Crafters, Optiworld, etc etc. Never really liked any of them. Optical outfitters is a small outfit that really gives personal service at the same or better prices than the big chains. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me, replacing lenses with no question where other places wouldn't have. So happy to have them in my backyard.....

The Dr. is very nice, but gave a wrong prescription. Sunglasses are seriously over priced and the guy selling frames was not helpful at all, he was kind of rude. After getting sunglasses, the prescription was wrong. Paid out of pocket to have an exam by a different ophthalmologist who confirmed Optical outfitters prescription was wrong. Had to fight for a full refund. I would not recommend thus business.

From walking in the front door for my new patient appointment, I was greeted by 2 friendly and smiling faces! They explained everything and made my welcome calming. Dr. Cathy was absolutely amazing and she took her time with me, went above and beyond when she found something with my eyes, but made me feel at ease. She was able to explain to me in a way I understood! Thanks again for an awesome 1st time visit!!!

Great staff, amazing doc! They were always so accommodating and friendly. When we needed to have my daughters contacts shipped since we were moving, there was no hesitation to make sure we got it. Even called to followup. We miss them greatly now that we live in another state. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new office!

I took my 5 and 7 year old kids to see Dr Yaeckel to get exams for all three of us. This was the first time my kids had full eye exams outside of well child check ups. Dr. Yaeckel was great with the kids. She was very through in explaining all of the results to me. I plan to return next year for our annual exams.

Such a great staff.The Optometrist is amazing and professional. We are so lucky to have her so close to our house. My whole family goes here, my kids are10 & 11. In the past I would have driven at least an hour to get a doctor that knows their stuff like this one does. Completely worth a visit. So excited about my new glasses!!

I love getting my annual eye appointment done at Optical Outfitters. Dr. Yaeckel is great; extremely knowledgeable & professional. Bridgette and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and helpful. There's a great selection to choose from and I love the text alerts for appointment reminders and to let me know my glasses are in.

Great environment and service. The whole family actually goes here. I remember my husband ran out of contacts in NY at our baby shower and they were sweet enough to do everything in their power to ensure we had contacts 1,800 miles aways and they actually delivered. Nothing like the home town feel here!

I normally don’t ever rate any place on Facebook but I am always satisfied when dealing with them. I stumbled across them somehow and recommend that everyone goes to see them now. They’re always so accommodating! I have went twice for last minute contacts before my vacations and they ensure I get them in a quick timely matter. Bridgette who works at the front desk is so sweet and makes my visits so much smoother. I will be back in January for new glasses too!

This was my first time to this eye doc and it was a nice office all up to date. The Office lady was very nice and helpful, she was able to help me put together the glasses that I wanted the way I wanted Thank you. The eye doc Is a very nice and professional. She also was very good at explaining every thing and did not waste our time. The office is really prompt and I did not have to wait. I would recommend.
