Dr. Luedke was very patient, listened and was knowledgeable in his answers to my questions. I’ve been to eye centers where you are a number and the doctor is too. Don’t be fooled by the name because there are only 2 doctors here and it is definitely not a drive-through service as many other centers are.

Looks like I'm the minority but since the Eye Site center is too busy to return my call I thought I would leave a review. First, O. D. Luedke is great. I have been a patient for well over 10 years. That ends 2021.
The staff has changed over the years and not for the better. They don't return calls and act like they are doing you a favor when they assist with insurance.

I have been going to Eye Site Center for over 5 years.The staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Luedke is exceptional and has great bedside manners and up-to-date knowledge in the field of Optometrist. He takes his time to explain the results of the vision test and allows ample time to answer questions and make necessary recommendations. I also love that they do not try to oversell products etc. I have nothing but great things to say about Eye Site Center!

Dr. Luedke is very thorough in his exams and
has all te equipment to do so. His staff is awesome. They are all very professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I recommended them to my family and friends. I also take my grandson every year to get checked. He got his first contact lenses there. He is very happy.

Doctor Mark Luedke is a very fine man as well as outstanding Doc. His practice, The Eye Site Center is an unusually kind and professional place. The staff and Doctor are there to help, and they all do that in such an awesome manner! Love Dr. L. He is knowledgeable and great patient manner. He has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything to you. He is not rushed and in a hurry. He makes sure you are comfortable and reassured me that all was good. I have autoimmune issues and he was well versed and made my appointment seamless and you walk out of there knowing that for once, you found a good one who cares, smart, and has excellent exam side manner. Love this man!! Best experience I have ever had. I have had 4 eye surgeries previously so trust me. You want to have excellent care, this is the place to go!!

I just had an eye exam at the Eye Site Center in Riverview today. I was worried about COVID because of my underlying conditions but was put at ease once I walked in. Especially since every one of their staff wore their masks properly. The staff is always professional and courteous. I appreciate all of them for working through this time, despite of everything that has happened this year. Such a clean and organized office too. Thank you to all the front staff, Susan and Doc! Disorganized and very unprofessional organization, they put claims into insurance companies without any need or request. So when your glasses which would technically be under warranty needs to be repaired you will not be able to use your warranty due to them falsifying documents. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful and rude they also do not have much variety of frames!

I've been coming to see Dr Ludke for 4 years!
I like him as my eye doctor also his staff. His office is clean and everyone is always polite. I've never had any billing issues
Each year, they have to fax my results to another office for me and each year they do it promptly, when asked.
I'm happy with how I'm treated and the quality of my eye examinations.

I've been going here for well over 10 years and the dentist is kind, smart, and caring. The staff have been always sweet! It's been the same staff for about the past 10 years, maybe one or two new ones. That tells you something about an office when the turnover rate is low. I couldn't ask for a better staff and dentist.

Dr. Mark is a fantastic optometrist! Taking his time to explain everything to you and making you feel like you've been a patient for your whole life! The staff are all extremely pleasant and the office is very clean and nice! A little off the "beaten path" but well worth it! Don't be fooled by the fancy commercials for those "other" places, this is where it's at!!

I've been going to Dr. Luedke and his fantastic staff for years! Dr. Luedke is wonderful and was able to help me with a vision issue I was struggling with since childhood. No other doctor even seemed to care before him. His staff is so caring and willing to help as well. It is such a pleasure to go in for my eye exams or even to have my glasses adjusted. Prices are fair and the value is evident in their selection and their service! Everyone that I have referred has been completely satisfied with Eye Site. Thanks Dr. Luedke!

First time at any Eye Center, in quite some time. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. You can actually have a conversation with them and it doesn't have to be about eyes. While you're waiting for an eye exam or something of that nature, of course. Seems like you weren't waiting for too long. I got an eye exam and the kind lady who helped me was very bubbly and intelligent. Made the process swift and accurate. The doctor was just as good. Would definitely recommend me this place. Will be going back.

I was underwhelmed by my experience. I was expecting to get exceptional service after reading the reviews on Yelp and seeing they are 5 stars. I walked in and no one even said hello. The lady at the front desk continued to type on her computer without making eye contact and told me "be right with you". Nobody introduced themselves to me and I was a first time patient. The doctor was very friendly and kind but I still don't know his name. I would expect that there would be more of an effort by the staff to make a great first impression. I have a follow up appointment next Friday,

I've been coming to the Eye Site Center for the past 15 years and will not go anywhere else. They are always spot on with my prescription, they listen to what I need and always help me navigate my insurance. Doctor has great people skills (not always the case with doctors). I have the same reaction to eye doctors as some people have to dentist. So being able to relax and not worry about the appointment makes this a huge plus. I always feel like i am in good hands when I am here. The office is clean and well maintained.

This Dr and location are nowhere near me. But when my eye Dr left the team she was with and moved to S FL, I needed a new Doc.
My husband and I went out for this journey and it wasn't really too bad off the X-town. The staff upon entry were all very nice, Dr. Mark was prompt and professional, the exam went well and painless except for the pressure puff and dilating drops (I hate both of those). ;)
The office is clean, very up to date. The coolest thing is, after the initial check from the tech, the information is put in the computer and as you go into the Dr's exam room, the equipment

Dr Luedke is amazing! Smart, professional, and sweet. However, some of the staff are rude and are not up front with all the different costs and the billing is sketchy. You pay full amount up front and then we will bill your insurance? Strange. The customer service of the office staff was horrible! As a customer I shouldn't have to ASK for them to take 5 minutes to verifiy my coverage. You would think they would without a problem. Wait is over an hour and half to be seen and the AC is working part of the time. Too bad since the Dr is amazing...
