Should have looked at the Yelp reviews before shopping there. Awful experience. No confirmation email after ordering, tried to call three days later to confirm order, voice mail only, no contact name. Sent email to inquire about status, response was to send pictures so they can confirm I ordered the correct part. Yes, I had made sure of that and would have expected that they contact me if they had questions holding up the order. Took the requested pictures of the old unit and sent them immediately. Again, no response. Inquired the next day about status, received a snooty email that they were waiting

Bought circ pump and 2 speed pump for my optima 880 Sundance tub circ pump went 2 months after warranty ran out.texted 3 times for an answer no reply I want to order single speed pump and blower motor ,probably not after the ignorance that there showing towards a customer .the only thing they did right was ship it out and take my money.dont understand it's just a simple text back about they sold me a pump that was bad .my other one lasted 16 years ,not to mention I had to get all the water out of the tub cause it's cold in buffalo and there was 8 inches of snow, I didn't need

Stay away! I ordered a bulb and it wasn't even a bulb! Just the glass !
Customer service department couldn't be more nasty they apparently don't care about retaining customers.

Ordered a transformer for my Sundance Optima. It worked for a month then stopped. I've sent 5 emails to try and get it replaced under warranty. Haven't heard from them. If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would.

Avoid this company. Now I know why they don't allow walk ins even though I'm less than an hour away. I purchased a spa pump one year ago and it just failed, two days past the warranty period of WHEN THEY SHIPPED IT..... I actually had it in my possession less than a year and they wouldn't budge even though it was in their power to honor it. Found the same pump for a hundred dollars less from a company that I have worked with before.
Just now, I received an email notice that they refused my email that included the warranty claim form. It's almost like they want to stick

Prompt service and right part. They even hand delivered it to UPS so I could get it the next morning.

I have been purchasing from them for years now and have always been very happy. I recently purchased a circulation pump for my Sundance and the website clearly stated it was a substitute and would work fine. I asked if I could get confirmation on shipping which they provided. I was very pleased to get it in two days and to see it was exactly as described. Shut off power, bought couple corks, removed the old pump and used the corks to plug the water lines. Installed the new one without any issues. Highly recommended these guys. I have only used their web store.

Purchased a replacement spa pump from them that made noise from initial install, they were unhelpful, advised me to wait to see if the problem resolved itself. It didn't, pump has now failed completely - but because I didn't return it before (strongly discouraged, they would charge me "diagnostic fee" and simply ship it back to me) they will not accept it back even though it's within a year of purchase. Honestly, this is the worst online shopping experience of my adult life. FWIW, I bought a new pump from spapartsonline and wished I dealt with them from the begining. Do

Needed a pump with wet end for an older Sundance spa. The tech recommended the latest Aqua Flo replacement pump with the newest wet end. This wet end (no model number) did not fit the plumbing alignment.

If they had put a little bit of thought into their answer, they would have found that they sell the actual pump/wet end (XP2e) that fits.

They wouldn't replace the wet end. Instead, they recommended digging out the insulation and moving the pipes to make them fit!

Good prices and quick delivery but do not trust their tech advice.

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable! They clearly don't care about their customers and I will never do business with them again. If you don't believe me and others, ready their ridiculous return policies. Think those are customer-centric? Clearly not. Rather than apologize and attempt to make amends for their multiple mistakes they are argumentative and throw their written materials back in your face. Utterly pathetic organization.
