Dr. Fraker is very nice and thorough, as is his hygienist. Unfortunately, the office staff responsible for billing are not either of those things.

As anyone with insurance knows, you don't know what your insurance covers and what you owe until after your dentist sends you a bill. Well, Dr. Fraker's office didn't send me a bill until 4 months after the initial services were performed, and their bill included items that the insurance had already paid in full AND late fees. When I called to inquire about these issues I reached an answering machine and left a message with my questions
