Services
Dr. Melanie Keller opened Simpsonville Animal Hospital in 2015 with a goal of providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Dr. Keller has been practicing in Simpsonville since graduating from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, and has fallen in love with the people and pets of the Upstate.
Simpsonville Animal Hospital is a full service daytime veterinary hospital that places a strong emphasis on preventative care and strengthening the human animal bond. Anesthesia protocols are tailored to each individual patient and state of the art monitoring equipment is used to keep your pet as safe as possible while under general anesthesia.
Please call to speak to one of our client service representatives to make an appointment. To streamline your visit, we can gladly request your previous medical records. You may fill out your new client when you arrive, or download it from our website ahead of time. After we have paperwork set, one of our technicians will help weigh your four legged friend and collect a brief history.
Pet Desk can also be used to request an appointment or submit a request for medication refills to be picked up in clinic. Through the Pet Desk portal, you may also elect to receive important preventative healthcare reminders regarding you pet via text message.

They're fantastic! I've always been able to get my pet's in the same day when one of them has been under the weather and routine check ups always within a day or two.. They also have always let me go in with my pets, even when Covid first started and everyone else was making you wait in the car. May not be a big deal to some but to me it was.

My review will not justify how amazing this veterinary clinic is. Everyone here is so attentive, honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable & they truly care about every pet that walks through the door. I have now met all 3 vets and various vet techs. Everyone is so willing to take the time to understand my concerns and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. This includes the front desk people who are so welcoming always. Great first impression. I recently moved to Simpsonville and having a great team of vets and techs is a HUGE relief for me. The office is so civilized and calm. I have been to vet offices that were so chaotic but not here. This makes a vet visit so much easier for my pets. One of my pets is a 16 year old chihuahua and I so appreciated Dr. Keller being curious about everything

We have been with Dr. Keller for at least 15 years+. She is amazing at taking care of our pups. We have come to love the staff at Simpsonville Animal Hospital as well. My experience at the Simpsonville Animal Hospital from beginning to end was amazing to say the least. The property is well maintained for your animal to relax and use the bathroom if needed before walking through the front door to be greeted by the amazing staff that awaits you and your animal. The team members at the office go above and beyond when it comes to caring for your animal and communicating all information to the animal's owner.
